Disappointing Experience
It wasn’t just me; other apartments experienced the same issues. I wasn’t the only one. I have never received such poor treatment and service. They don’t provide the services described on their website, the spa is not functional, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are torn, and if you complain, it feels like they don’t care. They show zero regard for customer service. I’ve never encountered such a terrible experience. You fulfill your part by paying, but they fail to deliver the promised services. Very disappointing. Rest assured, if you encounter a problem, they won’t resolve it.

A great location right next to the promenade with the best view and an additional advantage is the indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are showing signs of wear and tear, but the overall impression is positive

Although it is a bit old and does not have amenities such as soap, shampoo, cleaning products, scouring pads and others that other apartments usually have, it has other advantages such as 2 bathrooms, the mattresses are very comfortable, there is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and it is in beachfront.

Detailed communication before the rent. Flexibility with the keys collection. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. Great view from the terrace.

Cheap and nasty. Everything is run down the sun loungers are as old as the building. The balcony is tiny as is the apartment. Hidden parking costs. After seeing other apartments in the same block the problem is Unitursa not the Hippocampus. Avoid Unitursa.
