Soul Beach Hotel By Mc- Adults only in Denia

Hotel not what I was expecting after looking at other reviews, don't go by their photos, very deceiving, buffet breakfast food open to flies, toaster not working, said full English breakfast available, it wasn't! Rooms not exactly clean, very noisy from neighbouring rooms, not good value for money.

I recently stayed here for 7 days via ,'Love Holidays' This was described as a 4 * HOTEL but it is far from it. I usually stay in 3* Hotels but which have a bar area, a lounge area ect; but this had nothing like, no telephone to ring reception, no ability to even purchase a couple of coca colas mid afternoon, as receptionist said would have to wait until 6:00pm until someone arrived to operate restaurant until 9:00pm. this has nothing! I was first given a room with no balcony, for which I had paid for so had to move rooms or I said that I would be leaving. My shower was old and 'cruddy' and an English couple said they had not accepted this room and also had to be moved. I Always speak as I find though and throughout my stay, the Staff were always very nice and often apologetic to many situations which arose not only with me but several other guests. I must repeat, this Hotel should not have a 4* rating.

Terrifying, the music from the terrace inside the room, they didn't warn us and they said the room was soundproof, a nightmare until 1 in the morning the music was at full blast
