Very pleasant hotel, meets all needs. The only negative is that the use of the wellness area is only possible for a separate fee, even for hotel guests. I think it should be free or very discounted with a certain time limit.

We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine. Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.

Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. The hotel staff were very good. The room was clean and large. The internet connection was poor in our original room but the helpful staff moved us to another room which had a very good connection. The location was good and being a converted old monastery the hotel had lots of character although some things about our room and the hotel generally did seem a bit tired, We did find it disappointing that...

The property is a Monastery as stated…the side where our room was very dingy and smelled. The carpets in the halls were dirty with stains. The bathroom was weird with layout. The toilet was literally so close to the sink my legs were under the sink . The shower was a step in shower bath with mold all over. Was not worth it at all. I felt unclean. Not the mention the eerie feel from all the pictures...

Just returned from a weeks holiday. The hotel is a former Sherry Bodega and as an old building has it quirks which you may not like if you are into modern hotels, but to me added to its charm. The rooms are set around a central courtyard and rooms look down onto it. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed and sofa to relax on. Toiletries are provided. We stayed here for a week via a Jet2holidays package and paid for breakfast as additional charge when booking. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice and well worth the extra. Stayed 2 nights as a solo traveller seeking a few days R&R from the road. Super quiet in March so a welcome room upgrade made this excellent value. We had a fantastic time staying at Hotel Puerto Sherry. We had a premium room with view of the marina which was beautiful no matter the time, day or night. Our room was large and spacious, with a wide bed, large balcony with space for 2 sun loungers and still space to walk around! The bathroom was in good condition, with a very comfy large bath. Really nice hotel, with its own garden (next to the pool and restaurant) which by its size it could actually pass as a park. We had a Junior Suite that included a large bathroom with two showers, a bedroom, and a small living room; these last two with their own TV screens. Hidden gem nestled within the Puerto de Santamaría, distinctive boutique hôtel with nice gardens and great service.

Right in the heart of El Puerto with tavernas/restaurants and shops all around. A short walk to Aldi and about 1 mile from the beach. Breakfast if not included is 8.5€/person with eggs on request. Room has its own split unit AC with the remote.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast. A parking garage close by and a nearby plaza with many fine and reasonably priced restaurants.

I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. It is in a very convenient, central and walkable part of the city, easy access to great restaurants and bars. This was my second weeklong stay there. I will be back.

Great location & staff, except for internal noise! Right in the centre of town. Great for access to bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff. The only downside was the hotel lobby and central stairway were like a giant amplifying sound tunnel with even relatively quiet sounds causing a disturbance

We had a very nice, spacious twin bed room as were travelling as friends. Very clean. Got safe battery fixed and good as included safe. Had shower gel (although needed refilling!) shampoo, handwash and handcream. Had bath and shower arrangement, which I prefer. Also a minibar! Good shutters too to block out light and also aircon. TV modern and good size and free WiFi. Lighting in room nice too. Sink...

Just like any other Spanish 3 Star Hotel Been to different 2-3 stars hotel,s now in Spain,,,and mostly the same,,with stone hard Beds,,any Only Spanish tv channels. But cheap of course. Service is Exellent,,but Hotels are showing there age.

Reasonably handy to visit Cadiz Clean, modern hotel, nice size room. Staff helpful and friendly. Well priced food with plenty of choice. Onsite parking. Walkable distance to several beaches and forest walks. Very poor Wi-Fi, forever disconnecting!

We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.

Hotel old fashion, but all clean and comfortable. We liked SPA. It is small but cozy.

Friendly helpful staff. The accomodation is comfortable and very clean. Situated at the heart of El Puerto de Santa Maria within easy reach of all sites of interest, shops, bars and restaurants. The Chaikana has been a great find, so much so that we returned for a second stay.

It is the second time we come here, very clean, comfortable room, quiet and in the city center.

Everything was perfect, very comfortable, centrally located. We had a minor problem in the bathroom, and they fixed it within minutes. The room was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommendable 👍, and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t have a selection of channels. Hotel is located in a central area, easy to get around on foot and access stores and restaurants on nearby streets.

The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. I find a Lot of revues here unreasonable. This is a Budget Hotel, it's Clean the Gardens are imaculate and well kept. It's on the edge of the town next to woods and quiet, the beach is huge and close and provides safe bathing. There are Bars and restaurants within 10 Mins walk but the town is 30 mins Walk away. The idea of being in small individual houses looks interesting and I particularly like it. The whole design of the place is beautiful and different from the average. The staff is professional. The accomodation could be more comfortable and sound isolated. The breakfast had some variety of things but nothing special overall.

Located in a quite neighbourhood, this hotel is just 20 minutes away from the Old city of Cádiz. It is very close to the beach front of Puerto de Santa Maria as well. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are just basic and functional. The staff are polite and helping.

The hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana...

Acceptable place to sleep. Staff of few words who did not even ask us about our stay. In the photographs there is a breakfast area that is now used to accumulate papers and other things. They do not answer calls or messages. In our case, breakfast was important for health reasons and we did not get an answer. The hairdryer had a cut cable, they did not replenish gels or shampoo... in short... a place...

Small hotel located on the edge of the pine forest, not far from the beach, in a quiet area. A friendly welcome from the receptionist who gave us good advice, especially about going to Cadiz by boat rather than by car (traffic in Cadiz and paid parking). The crossing takes 20 to 30 minutes and costs €2.80. The room and bathroom are well-appointed. The small pool was closed. The breakfast buffet offered...

Small nice hotel close to the beach Great location next to beach. Not very close to city centre though. Comfortable beds. Very small pool but beach is a two minute walk away. Hotel offers a brekkie for 6 euro but we opted for a breakfast at Carrefour for half that price. Friendly and helpful staff.

An unbeatable experience. Very close to the beach and with a pool that, despite being small, is very nice given the limited number of guests. The staff is EXCELLENT. They are always attentive and committed to making your stay the best it can be. Their recommendations (restaurants, things to do, etc.) are extremely helpful and never fail to deliver. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suit which was nice as we stayed there for 3 nights between house moves so we had more luggage. The suit gave us more space The staff were very helpful and attentive. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Spacious and clean, beautiful sitting space and patio with splendid views

Fantastic place. Only things to improve: the cleaning ladies don't wear masks! As soon as they enter your apartment, they remove it. Really? This should not be. We are still in a pandemic. Wearing a mask is the least they could do. Also, one bed was making lots of noise. Kept me awake all night.

Beautiful ambience and fantastic breakfast, but improvements in Wifi connectivity and customer service could make it an exceptional choice. If these aspects are not crucial to your stay, you might find this hotel to be a charming retreat in Spain. The Wi-Fi signal was frustratingly weak from our room, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, I found the reception service to be lacking...

The rooms were super clean and the staff were super friendly. Even though we don't speak Spanish they made an effort and we always understood. It's a bit of a walk from the beach 15~20min but still okay. If you're walking from the train station maybe get taxi. The breakfast is quite good and has a lot of variety. That was a nice experience. Quite an interesting hotel with some greenery and a pool. I quite liked the restaurant area and especially the outside (terraza) - there is enough of shade to enjoy your drink in a quite place.
