This is the 2 stay at the Hotel. It is one of our favourite stops on our journeys.
The room, fantastic and roomy with a bathtub, the view of the Atlantic across the street, spectacular. Nightly entertainment enjoyable too.
The Spa massages could use improvement. Technique is critical. A full 60 min massage requires the hands, feet head & face to be done. It wasn’t for me.
However, last year the German masseuse was incredible - the luck of the draw they say. The morning breakfast was good. Need improvement on the coffee. ☕️
Evening meal was great - enjoyed the menu very much!

• Nice entrance area, decent rooms with balcony
• Price for 4 nights with breakfast (420 € for 2 people) seems fair at first glance
❌ Cons
• Very noisy: loud conversations, doors constantly slamming, chairs being dragged, and even crying babies can be heard clearly
• Buzzing lamp in the room was reported on the first day but never fixed during our stay
• Outdoor pool much smaller than shown in the photos and lacking privacy (overlooked by nearby residential balconies)
• Mini golf course poorly maintained and rather an eyesore as a balcony view
• Spa area costs extra, although the description made it sound like it was included
• Breakfast completely disappointing: very standard selection, hardly any vegetables (only tomatoes, no peppers, cucumbers, carrots…), not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The buffet looks bigger than it is because of repeated plates, but in reality offers much less variety than expected for €12 p.p. & poor food quality (scrambled eggs tasted watery/milky, “cappuccino” with powdered milk and a splash of cocoa, cornflakes tasted like cardboard), Overcrowded breakfast room, cups constantly unavailable

Very pleasant hotel, meets all needs. The only negative is that the use of the wellness area is only possible for a separate fee, even for hotel guests. I think it should be free or very discounted with a certain time limit.

We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we needed and stunning views. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back

I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine.
Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.

1h to make the check-in. They are super slow even though they are nice. Queue of 10 couples at 2:30pm… No one extra came to help to the reception. I come here to relax and don’t think it is normal to wait 1h to make check in that takes 5minutes normally

Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. Unbeatable location and astonishing lobby, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar that justify its 4 stars after being a 3 start hotel for long time for some reason (tax savings?). I could hardly ever complain about anything after the great times here, however I must say that it's becoming harder and harder to make the decision to return every year based on the skyrocketing prices. I have my concerns to consider it value for money unless you have a lot of money, specially when I think that the quality of the buffet has been reduced despite the price (this was a must in the past with delicious local cuisine and huge variety). Having said that I really value how friendly and helpful all the staff in the hotel is, which will probably make me reconsider to book it again...

This hotel has nothing to offer off season. 2-stars at max. No room service, no kettle, drinkable hot and cold water for an additional fee.
Staff smiles to your face and don’t do anything to make your stay comfortable. Way too chatty between each other, way too slow with the customers. Both Marias was not very helpful in the end. Seeing that I am unhappy told me to express my disappointment in a written form.
The hotel is absolutely no kids friendly. Everything is closed and the only pool that is open for additional fee does not allow kids most of the time. No kids club, no kids zone, no play area, no games or books, nothing!
Rooms are old, furniture is worn out. They clean with a chemically smelling water. Couldn’t get rid of this smell for hours!
Don’t recommend this hotel, there are better alternatives in the area.

Nice hotel, good position and room with balcony. Unfortunely we didn't have ocean view.

Service quality is at best a 3 star yet they appear as 4 stars.
Breakfast room table are packed as, food option leaves a lot desiring, no cake for breakfast, poor bread options. Take too long to remove used dishes from tables so you lots of tables with left overs.
I will never go there again.
