Clean rooms but the bathroom in room above ours had a leak that cascaded into ours. What stood out was that, despite the late hour of the event, the front desk staff responded quickly, provided an alternate room, and followed up with a complimentary breakfast the following morning.

Everything was amazing, the view was crazy could see the ocean no problem, the food was amazing and tasted fresh!

This is a long stretch of golden sand at the modern end of Cadiz. There are walkways along it at various intervals with beach bars and toilet facilities. On the other side of the promenade you will find a vast array of hotels, apartments and eating and drinking establishments to suit all palates.

Phenomenal hotel. Rooms are high tech, roomy and well equipped. Pools are amazing. Views from the rooms are phenomenal and patio space was awesome. We used the spa thermal circuit and loved the Nordic spa feel after a long day on the bicycle. Pools look awesome, though we were off season in Nov, so didn’t get to use it. Breakfast was plentiful and typical of the parador chain.

We had an amazing room and the balcony was enormous with a great view. Wish we had more time to really use the pool and such but our stay was too short. Next time.

Great hotel, great location. We booked a superb room with a fantastic view. For the high level and the respective high price we find that some furniture (like old and shabby sofas) and details need to be upgraded in the room. The breakfast room is quite noisy. But overall we have nothing really to complain, we had a great stay and will most probaly come back 😀

Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture. Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors. Parking barely fit a very small economy car. 4point turn needed just to get into the parking garage, and guided by a staff! Great staff, friendly and helpful. All good , we have stayed here before and had a good experience. The only comment was the breakfast room is next door and can be quite busy at certain times.

The room was spotless and full of amentities, situated in the historic center of Cádiz. The staff made sure to welcome you on arrival and helped out with returning an item which I left in the property. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delightful room on the top floor with a private terrace and seating to enjoy the view. Our large bathroom had ample space and surfaces to arrange things, as well as two windows, which allowed for fresh air. Charming and historic. I would stay here again.

Great little hotel The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The room was a bit dated and there was no real window, but the staff were lovely and the roof top bar had wonderful views. Plus there is an amazing tapas bar and restaurant just around the corner.

PERFECT place to stay in Cadiz. Rooms are basic but very clean, only steps away from the Cathedral. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only con is it’s in the walking zone so you cannot take a taxi directly to the hotel, so it would be annoying if you have too many luggages. But it makes you closer to the historical center and main attractions, so could be a pro as well.

Very well located hotel right in the heart of this lovely old city. My room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and tidy. My window overlooks a lovely ( and lively ) little plaza with bars, restaurants and flamenco playing guitarists! The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were no cooked options available for breakfast, but the freshly squeezed juice (orange, grapefruit) was lovely. The hotel does have its own garage but all spaces were taken during our stay. We were directed to a public underground car park nearby which was easy to find.

The hotel was just a few meters from the Malecón and about five minutes to the cathedral. Very well located. The staff was fabulous and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. I loved this hotel and enthusiastically recomed it.

Unfortunately I was sick during much of my stay in Cadiz but the hotel staff and restaurant ensured I had everything I needed to recover, which was especially appreciated as I was travelling alone.
