Stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June so not quite peak season. Had a lovely sea view room from which we could hear (and see) the sea. Room was ample big enough for 2 of us. The air con in the room wasn't very efficient, more like a fan blowing. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was adequate. Booked as a solo traveller some weeks ago, and the ONLY room left was a single occupancy on the 6th floor. Despite emailing the hotel a number of times in the weeks before my holiday asking for any possible upgrade to a sea/pool view room, there was unfortunately no opportunity to upgrade. Best hotel in town can’t say no more I would recommend this hotel

For the price, I really expected more of Hotel Panorama. It is well located however the rooms came without any proper shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste... The air condition was working at an Okay level. And from the photos I really had different expectations. It wasnt at all horrible but also not what you expect from the photos. Furthermore the pool closes at 7pm so I am not sure why there is photos...

Having visited the Flamingo many times between 1994 & 2000 we where curious as to how the hotel had changed / improved . We loved our 1 night stay & our seriously considering to book a 1 week stay in October as we loved it so much . We were in a 1st floor room which have been very recently modernised . Flamingo 24 The accommodation itself is well worth the money however breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was often long queues for the hot plate and the food sometimes required to be microwaved. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and thought that we got value for money.

We got a bargain three night stay via Agoda at less than £200, not a bad price. Good breakfast, balcony, reasonable sized room and of course a small swimming pool. Reception staff spoke English and there was paid parking.

We give this hotel a very good rating because it compensates for what it is lacking. Everything seemed a bit aged but in good condition, rooms were simple but clean, the pool area solid, food in the restaurant was very good, location okay and the breakfast was great, too. We needed our laundry washed and they took care of that and even after check out we could use the pool as long as we liked and keep...

The placement of the hotel was right next to the most turistic area (passeig maritim) and so close to the beach. The service, food and facilities were awesome. With a must needed parking and a pool. And the breakfast was served in a 4th floor with a nice view of the coast. We were so pleased. But don't expect lucirious rooms.

A short 3 night stay in a hotel we’ve used a couple of times over the years. The room was clean, the bathroom very modern and ample size. Great value for money.

I was not a hotel guest but felt like I was. Lovely friendly people that work there. They are like a family. Drinks and food for a great price. And a lovely terrace where you can look on the streets and believe me it never boring. I post a picture of the view.

Hotel Medes II was a lovely hotel with amazing food and a great location and a very nice swimming pool. The staff were pleasant.

The Hotel Medes is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I travel with my elderly parents who both have disabilities and dietary requirements and everything is catered for. What a great Hotel !! Just returned from ten days (booked with Jet2) staying at the Medes II - the staff were all friendly and very professional. Our room was perfect, bedding changed every other day, towels on request and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Basic hotel with likewise pricing. Conveniently located near the beach and centre. WIFI good, clean room, Basic breakfast. All in all, nothing fancy at a good price/quality ratio.

My friends and I had a really great time in this hotel. Ramon was very thoughtful and so was all the staff. The room was very clean and it had a balcony with quite nice views. Breakfast was simple yet good with a few things to choose. Hope we can come back some other time! Laura, Xènia i Anna

If you are looking for a chic place, this is not yours, of course. If you are looking for a place to stay while you enjoy the city at a cheap price, this is the best place. Super friendly staff, very close to the beach and you don’t have to pay for parking around the hotel, so you can park and walk not even 5 minutes to the beach.

The Hotel is basic, but very clean (which is important), the staff are very friendly & helpful. It's situation is ideal for the town, & the beach. What more could you want on holiday. I would visit again.

A really friendly family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was so clean and full of charm. We had a fantastic weekend. We were greeted at reception by Raymond who spoke to us in English which put us at ease straight away. The food was fantastic especially the Paella , the best we have ever tasted. A small local where we were lucky to find a place without reservation. Super friendly staff and super tasty and fresh dishes. We had the pleasure to see how everything was prepared in front of our eyes.

The hotel is well located and at the same time quite. Room was very confortable, clean and modern (compare to others on Costa Brava) and the bed amazing! But what it made the stay great were the hosters. They took care of everything, always with their best smile. We had an incredible breakfast and option for a breakfast in a bakery as we needed to get up earlier for diving. We will definitely recommend...

I haven't stayed at the hotel but i have eaten tapas in the restaurant a couple of times and I recommend it both for the quality of food and for the ambiance.
