Hotel Medes II in L'Estartit

Hotel Medes II was a lovely hotel with amazing food and a great location and a very nice swimming pool. The staff were pleasant.

Super hotel,great friendly staff very clean and tidy with bar prices very reasonable .Hotel situated close to beach and centre ,stayed here twice now and hopefully going back in 2025 when I can get a new price although prices are not showing up on Jet2 website yet

The Hotel Medes is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I travel with my elderly parents who both have disabilities and dietary requirements and everything is catered for. We have stayed twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to return, the hotel is close to the local shops and restaurants, although we have opted for the half board option which has been excellent so not much need for the local restaurants. The hotel arranged some car hire for us and we were able to explore the costa Brava, the hotel offers car parking for a small fee. All in all a great hotel and holiday!

Stayed for 7 days on half board with Jet2. First time having stayed here as we have stayed in other properties in L'estartit. We had a room overlooking the road with a balcony, quite nice to look out. We had friends near the harbour so the hotel was a great base to walk from. The staff were really good and always on hand for any questions. We arrived mid morning and our room was available straight away. On departure at 06:45 there was breakfast laid on which was a nice touch. The breakfast and evening meal were both very good and the service in the restaurant was quick and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending or staying at this lovely hotel.

What a great Hotel !! Just returned from ten days (booked with Jet2) staying at the Medes II - the staff were all friendly and very professional. Our room was perfect, bedding changed every other day, towels on request and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bathroom was an adequate size with a bath with shower over; we had a sea / mountain view (as do all rooms at the front), good size balcony, bit of road noise but if you close the shutters / sliding door and put the AC on overnight you don't hear anything. The restaurant was spotless and the food was of a very high quality with plenty of choice. The bar area was clean with plenty of tables, also a pool table, and local guide books on hand. Plenty of parking out the back with electric car charging, pool / patio area was a little on the small size but adequate and suits the size of the Hotel. This is a family run hotel and you can certainly tell, we will definitely be returning in the future.

What an amazing hotel a short walk from the beach and harbour! Spotlessly clean, fantastic food, extremely helpful, friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. There is also a swimming pool and bar manned by the same fantastic staff! We can't remember all your names, so special thanks to you all, including the two Marias! We would highly recommend staying at this hotel - we enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked to go back again - twice!

My husband & I are just back from there yesterday, I was unwell for 3 day’s nothing serious think it was to do with ice when we were at the marine , it’s a family run hotel & staff they couldn’t do enough for me sending soup & bread up to my room, and asking if I wanted anything just to ask and they would make it for me ,my husband & I just couldn’t praise them enough ,anybody thinking of going to this hotel I would high recommend plus food was great .
