Out of season, many places are closed but this hotel was open and busy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was really good too. About an hours walk from Peniscola city centre or Beniscarlo train station but located right on the beach so a great walk either way. Very friendly service and good for value.

All guests are required to wear wristbands upon check-in, which is very uncomfortable and I don't understand the purpose. After checking in, we went to our rooms and had breakfast before going to the restaurant, where they only asked for room numbers. I have no idea what the purpose of these wristbands is. Had a great weekend! The room was very spacious and comfortable,I was lucky to get one on the beach side of the hotel! Unfortunately, there were no international channels on the TV and no smart TV options. However, the hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from the beach. The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.
Due to the "quality" of the food, all of us we had daily gases and indigestions. Also, have the same deserts every each day is not at all a pleasent experience!

To receive at launch and dinner at least water and juice for free. It is strange that we need to pay for drinks at a 4-star superior hotel. The food was very good and there were a lot of new dishes from which you can choose each day. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The gym and SPA are very small and boring.

This hotel at Peñiscola, Spain by the Mediterranean, is something else. It is not a luxury hotel but is a hotel with a hearth. The amount of delicious food, the sweeming pool and the girls that serve you are amazing. And the prices!! I believe, are unique for such a good service.
We stayed for 4 nights and found everything to our liking. The room was large & spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great view over the castle, WiFi good. There was an excellent choice of food in the dining room, we had booked half board & enjoyed every meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Agora hotel again & also recommend it to our family & friends!
Pastry at breakfast is fully industrial type. Coffee is Netscape machine. The "embutidos" are medium - low quality type. You have some fresh fruit and cereals plus fried eggs, sausages and other hot dishes. The bathroom in our room is shown some aging in the dush but still acceptable. The location of the hair dryer is unacceptable, too close to the sink tap.
Overall I would say my stay here was pretty comfy. Adults' pool was a great surprise and very nice to have, nice views and relaxed atmosphere. WiFi didn't work as expected though (it didn't even reach my room) but worked fine on the lobby. Breakfast was good and comolete. Our room was big (two king size beds side by side,which made for a huge bed) and wide corridors.
Our room (Junior Suite) was nice and very spacious. It has two large and confortable beds. The living room was also nice and has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanless was good and the dinning room serves the classic continental breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Peñíscola's old town and its castle and fortifications.

Great property and very children friendly. The room was clean and had all the supplies we needed. Staff was helpful and kind. We had an amazing massage and float at the spa and Eva was the most wonderful person and so helpful.
Very well located, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was great for the price.
Close to the beach. Nice swimming pool though crowded when we were there during vacation. We used public transport and the bus stop is at walkable distance.

Loved it. Right across the street fro Playa Norte which was wonderful. Parking was a bit pricey at 20 euros a day where our other hotels throughout Spain were free. We did half board with breakfast and dinner. We were super impressed with the food.

Great hotel in a great location. Nice pool good rooms, great AC, nice balcony area, good breakfast, friendly staff, they even gave a bottle of water when we left so we had some water for the road.
A brilliant place to stay. We had a lovely room with seating area; balcony with chairs and loungers . Excellent view of the castle and beach. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff members were helpful.
2nd time of coming to this hotel and it lived up to our previous visit. This time we had asuite again but we given the top suite on the fourth floor with a wonderful balcony. So happy to have bumped across this hotel while booking our stay, coz not only is the service impeccable, but the location is perfect! Close to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the Peniscola Castle which is a tourist attraction spot here!
