Not rated. The place is nice but not amazing. We tried to book in for a night and the lady on reception just had no hospitable service. August is premium so we were lucky they had a room but when we mentioned 2 nights she did the hard sell and not in a nice way. We asked if we could see the room and it was a straight “no”.???Said we’d go downstairs for a drink in THEIR bar and have a quick discussion and when we got back she told us the room was gone. No effort to find us. The vibe was awful and we found an amazing place for almost half the price with better views and amazing staff close by.

This hotel is a lovely location on the water and right by the Roman Castle. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The dining area is right on the water with excellent views. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. There is also no parking outside the hotel so be prepared to drag your bags a few blocks. We parked in the garage which is a good location. Staff told us that parking was free since we were off season (March). It may have been on the street but not in the garage - as we discovered when trying to leave. Cost was about $25 per night. The room had good HVAC. The window curtains do not darken so you may wake up with the sun. That was ok with us. The hotel was noisy. Not sure if this was a particular group of if soundproofing is not great.

They refused us an entrance to an almost empty restaurant, we just wanted to have a coffee and a desert. They said NO, they can only allow people to eat, obviously having an espresso machine inside the bar. First time in my life. Very rude and disappointing experience.

I only ate here, one for lunch and the next day for dinner and didn't stay here. The chef can cook. There were a few small hiccups but bearing in mind it was the start of the season, they were forgivable and rectified quickly. The highlight for me was the perfectly cooked and seasoned steak. Fantastic. Great view too ...

The hotel Is fantastic. The rooms are located in an ordinary palace, so they have everything that a normal house has. They are very comfortable and they have a big terrace It is quite far from the beach (3km) (there is a private beach for the customers), but it is easily reachable by foot. There isn't any service.

We came here for a tapas event, and the view from the dining room is spectacular. They were definitely busy, which we understand, but the servers were extremely rude. Not only did we have to wait a long time, but we watched them serve others before us and then make rude comments to us when we asked for anything. The small amount of food we tried was decent, the presentation excellent.

Fine dishes. Good kitchen with seperate sushi bar. Cosy interior, nice place for dinner. Great view! Some photos of our dessert.
