HORRIBLE STAY. The lady from the cafeteria was incredibly rude. She was constantly talking to us with a bad attitude, complaining and making it incredibly unconfortable to have breakfast. She forgot half of the things we had payed for and when asked, she just started complaining and blaming everything on us. simply terrible. Regarding the hotel, I forgot a shirt in the closet, and just an hour after my check out i realised and called the hotel so they could keep it for me. They denied having my shirt, and i have been calling everyday for the last 5 days asking for it and nothing. It is obvious that someone has kept it, which is incredibly frustrating. To resume: They are rude, liars and thieves.

It's basic and is probably OK for one or two nights. The roof top pool is lovely but it closes at 8 o'clock in the evening so if you have been out for dinner and want a little dip before you retire then level 7 is shut completely. Staff helpful but probably wouldn't stay again

Just an ok hotell, but nothing more. Small rooms with lots of noises from other rooms and the hallway. Low water pressure in shower makes it hard to get rid of the shampoo.
Pool at the roof, and with a view to the sea.
The hotel is close to a traficcated street, so not possible to sleep with the window open.
Short distance downhill to the beach and restaurants in the center of the city.

Great location close to the tram which makes it convenient for exploring. I visited El Campello, Benidorm and Alicante. It is a walk away from two small chocolate museums and the museum of Villajoysa. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable but I didn’t like the pillows. As it’s marketed as a hotel I would have appreciated coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Overall I was comfortable

need somewhere overnight accessible to amenities, this Hotel fitted the bill perfectly, good location, able to walk off those drinks! very modern and excellent vale for money, def stay there again

We spend a night in this hotel and for the price we paid, it definitely surpassed our expectations. Rooms were exactly like the pictures, bed was spacious and comfy, stay comes with complimentary breakfast at cafeteria (on ground floor) and building has a rooftop jacuzzi where you can also grab a drink from bar. Location of hotel is also very strategic, just a stone throw away from the iconic colorful buildings (which people travel from far to visit), alongside the beach and alot of other eateries nearby. Only downside of the hotel is that the shower water pressure is weak, but for the price paid we really have nothing to complain! Book a night here to put our review to test 😉

You've got a Rooftop Jacuzzi, it's in the center of Villajoyosa and near the beach. Solarium was closed and breakfast not used by me. Pretty cool hotel, nice for a trip. Staff friendly.

-1 star as there were some details that have to be done, example:

Shower on the Rooftop didn't work
Jacuzzi had sand from day 1 (cleaning?)
Rooms seem to be clean but if you look bit better then you find an 'ooops could be better' (but still ok!)
