Great location, room was spacious and comfortable.
Positives comfortable bed, lovely balcony and a very good selection at breakfast and kept well stocked.
Lots of nice touches, coffee maker, water, sweets and toiletries, tooth brush, comb, bathrobe and slippers ect.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Sadly pool not open but we did visit in November ( we felt it warm enough to have been open )
Bathroom spacious too, however jacuzzi bath sadly I could not get to work, also the shower was only warm no hot water!
The mini fridge was not cold, was plugged in but didn't seem to be working.
Having said we would visit this hotel again.

Have been to hotel many times but not since new owners. The thing that made this hotel so before was there parking facilities at the hotel. Hopefully this will return. Still no tea and coffee facilities in room so take our own. Room had a bath and could do with a handle for older people but hope they will refurbish and put walk in showers. All new staff at check in and very friendly.

No decent parking, no airco, staff is arrogant and not helpful.
Rooms are stuffy but clean. Hard to sleep with 0 air
Circulation.
I come here as I’m required for work but it’s not a recommended place from my end .

High noise from street in evening and morning. Dirty shower, shower is inside a «box» with glass walls on the living room. So there is no separate bathroom, just enclosed shower area on one side on the reom and enclosed toilet on other side. Parking was not at hotel, but 200 meter outside hotel.

This was a good but could be better property. Light not working, plug outlet not working, toilet banged ever time we sat on it. Breakfast was ok but lacked anything special. Location was perfect and staff very nice

I would stay away from this hotel.
First they try to demand payment for breakfast when it was included in the hotel stay, then they tried to take money for taking 2 water and 1 beer from the minibar which was NOT done.
And then when checking out they again tried to take payment for breakfast, which they had been instructed the day before, that it WAS uncluding in the stay.

Not comming back here again when visiting Almeria next time.

Parking was off site, but worked out OK. Staff was great, and the new and improved breakfast was amazing. we had the large suite and wished we could have stayed longer. city was nice.

The hotel unilaterally cancelled the reservation for 3 rooms 2 days before arrival because they had an issue authorising my credit card. They told me I had to rebook the rooms at a new (much higher) rate instead of honoring the original price, even though I called 30 minutes after getting the cancellation emai ready to make the payment. 1500 euro in revenue lost to the hotel, I certainly won't be recommending their customer service to anybody.
