Very clean. New buildings and new furniture. It has its own parking (at an extra cost). Central. Close to the Caleta beach. Lovely stay. Great view from the terrace on the top floor.

A brilliant apartment in walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurant in the Old town. We rented a studio apartment and got one new apartment on the second floor. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen has all You need. An apartment that we will love to use again, next time we visit Cadiz. The only thing I can point at as negative, is the aircondition. We had the AC on 18 degrees and still it was too hot in the apartment. It was nearly colder outside than in the apartment. So we had to sleep With the Windows open. And since there are several of restaurants in the same street as the apartmet, it was difficult to sleep. However, if you're not picky - a perfect place. Good and helpful service.

While the apartment wasn’t bad, the listing felt deceptive. I booked an apartment with city views and ended up in a ground-floor unit facing the hotel lobby.

All good , we have stayed here before and had a good experience. The only comment was the breakfast room is next door and can be quite busy at certain times.

Modern two bed, two bath and kitch apt with all the amenities. Minutes away from anything you want to see or do in the area. Staff on duty also helpful.

Convenient and comfortable
Very quiet room, comfy beds, kitchenette and access to a washer and dryer. Great stay in a good sized studio. Excellent restaurants right outside your door and convenient to everything.

Super friendly staff. They are very welcoming and helpful.
Room was clean and spacious.
Really enjoyed the proximity of all attractions, cafes and delicious tapas restaurants.
Air con was awesome in the summer night.

Overall, I felt that Cadiz was just a quick stopover; I didn't need to stay overnight. After traveling around southern Spain, I noticed the cities all had similar styles – a blend of cultures and religions. This hotel was very popular. When we checked in, they gave us a semi-basement room with a small, high-up window that made it difficult for me, as I have claustrophobia, to breathe. When we asked for a room change, the staff said they were full. Only after I mentioned having difficulty breathing were they moved to a room next to the front desk. We arrived before noon, and we saw other people checking in afterward, and they all had rooms available. Ctrip's hotel booking service is not very user-friendly; please, Ctrip, be more considerate of Chinese travelers.

Had to wait 20 mins because there was full house but eventually the waiter solved it and prepared a new table for us.
The service was quick and kind and the meals were fantastic. We had the gazpacho and the tuna pie for starters and the burgers for main course. The portions were enough and the bill was totally fare for this kind of service and presentation.
