Hotel de Francia y París in Cadiz

The hotel is well maintained and sparkling clean in all public areas as well as in the room. I found the room practically furnished: there were an armchair, a desk with a chair, a fridge, a kettle (with complimentary tea but no coffee) and comfortable bathroom with a tub.
The breakfast was lovely with coffee specialties, juices and lots of options in terms of food.
The check in staff was very friendly and multilingual. I appreciated the possibility to leave my luggage in their storage for a couple of hours.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city of Cadiz. Close to many shops and restaurants.
The room is quite spacious and comfortable in general with a simple furniture.
The bathroom is modern but the shower is not isolate the whole floor will get wet after a shower. They should have a door in the shower.
One downside is that It is hard to find if you are arriving by car. The hotel should provide clear information on how to get there by car.

I've just spent a very enjoyable 10 nights here. For the price paid, this is a great value hotel in a very central location. My room and bathroom were serviced every day and were kept spotless. The decor and furnishings are all modern and comfortable. My room overlooked the pretty Plaza San Francisco with it's orange trees and great restaurants. The inclusive breakfast was simple but ample and can be eaten outside in warmer weather. All the staff I encountered were super friendly. A great stay and I'm happy to recommend it.

The situation:
We were a group of foreign tourists from N America traveled on a cruise ship and arrived Cadis on Nov 17. One of our group members found that she had lost her purse somewhere nearby the cathedral San Francisco. Mr Javier was very kind to help us contact the cathedral to see if the lost item would be found there, whilst the cathedral was closed after 12 noon and we were not able to communicate in Spanish. Although we were not hotel customers, Mr Javier was patient, courteous and professional to help us. We are grateful for his support even though we could not find the purse. He let us experience the kind-heart and helpful spirit of people in Cadis and your company in serving strangers from foreign lands.

Very well located hotel right in the heart of this lovely old city. My room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and tidy. My window overlooks a lovely ( and lively ) little plaza with bars, restaurants and flamenco playing guitarists! The inclusive breakfast is taken in the public bar / cafè downstairs and is basic but sufficient. I'm loving my time here and would happily return!

We had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Service at reception was also very good. The hotel is located centrally but there is no noise coming through from outside. Good value for money. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of options available around the city centre.

Didn't visit the hotel , but the cafe opposite which was very expensive

Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice amenities. I got a nice view from the balcony to a small square and a lime tree 😅
