It was a big disappointment. The room was stiffy and terribly hot, the AC didn't work. The "spa" is a tiny space, 2 identical jacuzzi, steam room and sauna that was 50C. The hotel is very convenient, on a main road, you can take a taxi or walk. I arrived late, the hotel front desk was off work, but the locker room card was prepared in advance, you can get it by calling. Great location, on a cute street with a bunch of halal restaurants, and a walkable location to a bunch of tourist attractions. Also close to the bus stop to get to the Alhambra, and close to the train station as well. The rooms/apartment were very spacious and cute, and beds were super comfy, great shower pressure. Clean and spacious rooms. Value for money. Recommended for four people. Easy to walk to main streets and to the bus stop to go to see Alhambra. Walkable distance to the cathedral too. Felt safe even though it is not on the main streets. Note that parking is additional and about three minutes walk away. Could probably find a cheaper place to park if you don't mind walking a bit further.

Such a cozy and conveniently located apartment hotel. The staff reaches out before check in advise the parking and access code, etc. at the check in, she is also very helpful explaining the nearby attractions, etc. rooms are very clean, and has all facilities that we need. Happy with the stay.

Arrived late but fine instructions given over WhatsApp, they have an arrangement with nearby parking building for discounted parking, although Granada parking not cheap.
