Granada, C. Acera del Darro, 62 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues.
When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was...
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte...
Poor experience in this hotel. First, the hotel has multiple buildings and they did not inform us which set of elevators we should use. Next, the wifi-password they provided was outdated, and they gave us new login details only after we went back down and asked for it. The bed is extremely squeaky, and the curtains do not cover the window at all, making the curtains redundant, and blinding us with...
The location and surroundings are excellent. From the balcony, you can see the snowy mountains and the Alhambra. Directly across the street downstairs is the bus stop for the airport, which is super convenient. The #33 bus goes directly from the train station to the hotel. The only downside is that the room still smells like new装修 (renovation), otherwise everything else was perfect.
I forgot a shirt when checking out, and honestly, I thought it was gone for good. But I decided to try my luck and contacted Trip.com customer service. They immediately reached out to the hotel and informed me that the staff had safely kept it for me. Since I was already in Madrid, I had to find someone to pick it up. Trip.com helped coordinate all the necessary information. It felt amazing to get...

Well located and central. Good facilities and a nice room. Definitely worth repeating.
Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Didn't try their breakfast but had dinner there which was okish. Staff courteous & always ready to help. Not far from the city centre. We walked there and sounds but there are easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there.
We didn’t stay at the hotel but booked their spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. Their pools and saunas are very personal and only shares with a few people so it was very nice and chill. Personal almost. We also booked their massage. Celia and Javi were really good! My mom don’t speak any English or Spanish but Celia was very caring and nice and made sure that my mom was relaxing and enjoying...
It offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is decent, and the parking facilities and location are very convenient. It's a bit far from downtown, but that's okay.
Convenient location. But the hotel is quite old-fashioned where lighting in the bathroom is not sufficient.
The hotel is huge, and we received excellent service from the reception staff, the dining room staff, and the cleaning staff.
The room was very spacious, with a main bedroom and a separate area with two additional beds. The only drawback was the soundproofing; we could hear the constant traffic on the avenue and people talking late at night.
The distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, but...

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are surprisingly large. There's a microwave for heating food, a large supermarket right next door, and McDonald's and other restaurants nearby. The bus stop is a short walk away.
The hotel has a 24 hour check in which is great for those who are arriving late, it’s close to the sports area of Granada and to the shopping Mall Nevada.
The hotel furniture is dated and needs refurbishing, one lift was not working on my trip which meant you has to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to use a lift. The cafe was not open during my visit. There’s vending machines available to...
Whilst the corridors in the hotel need updated the room itself was great. We were in room 512 with twin beds which were the most comfortable beds. We needed to ask for extra pillows but that was no problem. It might be an idea to provide extra pillows in each room and put them in the upper shelf of the wardrobe. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on that. But the food from the bar area was...
The hotel felt more like a large office building than a hotel. The staff were professional and answered questions in both Spanish and English. The carpeted hallways outside the rooms really need to cleaned.
The food in the restaurant was hot when it was supposed to be with a decent variety. They had fruit, yogurt, cereal and eggs and a large variety of cheeses and sliced meets. I found that in...
My experience at Abades Nevada Palace Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern and elegant design, with spacious and very clean rooms that provide great comfort after a long day. The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to assist with any request, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public...

Nice hotel, great rooftop and bar space on top floor. Service is OK, called reception to ask for slippers they told me to come pick them up... Also shower drain was blocked so water flooded the bathroom, this should have been spotted and fixed by housekeeping.
Excellent location, very spacious rooms with spectacular views from its large terrace, it needs some details of renovation but in general it more than meets the requirements.
Very large and comfortable bed
I really liked both the location and the customer service. I will surely repeat it again
Despite the facilities the hotel offers, it is quite economical.
Good location, acceptable facilities, very correct cleaning service, one observation is that the smell of the carpet is difficult to hide
The staff was nice. The hotel location was good. The room was spacious. The view from our room was fantastic. We could see the Alhambra from our window! Everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel very close to Al Hambra
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful
Beautiful terrace
Nice and quiet area
Lovely for treks up the Al Hambra hill
Can reach the central area by walking down or the buses which charge nominally or get a taxi
We had a very pleasant stay at Porcel Alixares Hotel in Granada. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Alhambra, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is set in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
Just locates nearby the La Alhambra but it takes some time to reach by riding the city bus. The room was spacious unexpectedly as it seemed small from the photo. Yet some of the small ants were found near the sink. Bleaches were used instantly from the housekeeper to solve the problems which reflect good service from the hotel staff. A good choice for guests who aim for going to the La Alhambra
The hotel is located directly opposite the Alhambra, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The room was spacious and even had a terrace. I absolutely loved it! It was clean, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied.
Staying at Hotel Alixares and visiting the Alhambra was absolutely perfect! The main entrance to the attraction is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself doesn't have many parking spaces, but the car park across from the Alhambra is super convenient at 22.9 Euros per day. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, though the facilities show some age. The hotel's decor has the unique charm...
We have just spent 3 days at the Hotel , which is located next to Alhambra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and quick to respond to requests or queries. The food was very good with lots of choice and replenished quickly. Bedding and towels were changed frequently.

Brilliant location, plenty of private parking (with a fee). Simple booking process. Easily accessible hotel.

The size was decent, and the staff spoke good English and were very friendly and welcoming.
Very convenient at Granada’s city center. Room is clean & cozy.
Stayed here last week. I'll just give my honest review for this hotel. Check-in is a breeze. I took one of the suites in The Level and I felt welcomed by the staff immediately. They're friendly, polite and made me feel at home. The room is expectedly big, especially for a solo traveler. The shower room area is HUGE, you can literally sleep in there and still have space for your luggage. Very modern...
I marked this down a star on service because the reception staff never gave me any kind of reception on the countless times I passed by looking for eye contact. I received the odd ‘Ola!’ but most of all they had their heads down or were immersed in conversation with each other. It’s a poor impression.
If you wanted a hot breakfast it was nearly always cold and not of the greatest quality. The one...

We had booked the Carmen hotel but had difficulties getting access to the hotel due road restrictions and police not allowing us access to the road in which the hotel was in. The hotel rooms on higher floors had decent views, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the receptionist, a young woman, was extremely inexperienced and rude. This is a great place with excellent value for money. As you enter the lobby, you'll see a path leading down to the dedicated underground parking lot, so those traveling by car can make a reservation with confidence. Pros: great location, fair (not cheap prices), solid customers service and housekeeping
Cons: they need to fire their plumber (bathroom had sewage smell coming off from toilet and bidet), and AC tech (they turn off cooling in winter, thus no other way to circulate air or cool the room down but opening windows). Electrician also showed up on day 3 to swap out faulty bathroom switch).
We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s quite close to the center, around 10-15 mins walk, but it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Staffs were polite and attentive, we didn’t have any issue. Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites). Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable. Nice hotel staff. All fine 👍
Room was nice but one of the smallest; bed also small and first night was not nice; warm water sometimes cold, in morning noisy airco outside. Breakfast is good with excellent yoghurt. Swimming pool is small but refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not possible with the hotel and a 3 day stay is expensive when parking in a garage.
The location itself is good, but that also means noise. We slept on the street side, and there were quite a few noisy people passing by. The bathroom facilities are outdated. Internet access isn't guaranteed when the hotel is crowded.

On the day of check-in, I discovered the hotel price had dropped by 100 yuan, but the free cancellation period had already passed.

As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!
Hotel was ok. Room seriously noisy with random bumping and clicking from what I assume is HVAC? Then at 9pm loud music starts when I’m trying to get my jet lagged self to sleep. It would be fine if I had not asked at least 5x to get a quiet room away from noise. Well, it appears I’m adjacent to a live band. No sleep anytime soon. Stayed here in 2018 (not sure how it is after the pandemic), and my friend and I absolutely loved it. Good walking area (about a 25-minute walk to Alhambra- but we enjoy walking), close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful room with an old Spanish aesthetic. Can't speak to other folks' experiences, but we loved it.
We were upgraded to Suite 513, which was fantastic - two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a comfortable living area that made the space feel both luxurious and practical. This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
It was also conveniently close to the bus stop.
I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Granada, C. Graham Bell, 3, Granada (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses.
The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value...
The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements...
Clean room, nice personnel, good location.
The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries.
Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.
Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean.
Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money.
Staff are nice. Maybe the TV could incorporate a few more English language channels as you are a,tourist international hotel.
As the saying goes, it's an Ibis, so you get exactly what you pay for. The room was perfectly fine for a short stay—it was clean, though a bit on the small side. My main issue was the strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was really annoying. The staff experience was a bit weird; some were lovely and super welcoming, but others seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I skipped...
