Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Didn't try their breakfast but had dinner there which was okish. Staff courteous & always ready to help. Not far from the city centre. Everything was very clean. My room was non-smoking, but when Golia entered, it was clear they were smoking. Otherwise, the buffet was excellent, the service was great, and the location was 20 minutes from the center.

The room was much bigger than what you'd typically find in Barcelona. Right across the street, there's a Chinese supermarket. The hotel is really close to the city center, and Granada University is right next door. Plus, there's a bakery nearby that's way cheaper than the cafe attached to the hotel.

The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.

The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

This was a pretty satisfactory hotel for our trip with friends. The only problem was that there was no elevator for our room upstairs, which was a bit tiring. However, the room was very spacious and even had a bathtub.

No feedback can be provided. My trip was cancelled due to middle east crisis and my hotel booking is with non cancellation. My trip was cancelled beyond my control as my flight was cancelled by the airline. I have wrote to hotel for refund or appeal for credit or postponed my stay and was rejected by the hotel. Trip.com was not able to help on this matter.

This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff. Very close to the centre, the hotel is lovely, always clean. Staff is lovely, Ana was wonderful and such a great person of staff, made our stay that much more personal. Only issue we had was parking, if you’re trying to find some for free it’s quite difficult .

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....

Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.
