Well located and central. Good facilities and a nice room. Definitely worth repeating.
Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Didn't try their breakfast but had dinner there which was okish. Staff courteous & always ready to help. Not far from the city centre. We walked there and sounds but there are easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there.
We didn’t stay at the hotel but booked their spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. Their pools and saunas are very personal and only shares with a few people so it was very nice and chill. Personal almost. We also booked their massage. Celia and Javi were really good! My mom don’t speak any English or Spanish but Celia was very caring and nice and made sure that my mom was relaxing and enjoying...
It offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is decent, and the parking facilities and location are very convenient. It's a bit far from downtown, but that's okay.
Convenient location. But the hotel is quite old-fashioned where lighting in the bathroom is not sufficient.
The hotel is huge, and we received excellent service from the reception staff, the dining room staff, and the cleaning staff. The room was very spacious, with a main bedroom and a separate area with two additional beds. The only drawback was the soundproofing; we could hear the constant traffic on the avenue and people talking late at night. The distance to the city center is about 15 minutes, but...

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are surprisingly large. There's a microwave for heating food, a large supermarket right next door, and McDonald's and other restaurants nearby. The bus stop is a short walk away.
The hotel has a 24 hour check in which is great for those who are arriving late, it’s close to the sports area of Granada and to the shopping Mall Nevada.  The hotel furniture is dated and needs refurbishing, one lift was not working on my trip which meant you has to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to use a lift.   The cafe was not open during my visit. There’s vending machines available to...
Whilst the corridors in the hotel need updated the room itself was great. We were in room 512 with twin beds which were the most comfortable beds. We needed to ask for extra pillows but that was no problem. It might be an idea to provide extra pillows in each room and put them in the upper shelf of the wardrobe. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on that. But the food from the bar area was...
The hotel felt more like a large office building than a hotel. The staff were professional and answered questions in both Spanish and English. The carpeted hallways outside the rooms really need to cleaned. The food in the restaurant was hot when it was supposed to be with a decent variety. They had fruit, yogurt, cereal and eggs and a large variety of cheeses and sliced meets. I found that in...
My experience at Abades Nevada Palace Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern and elegant design, with spacious and very clean rooms that provide great comfort after a long day. The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to assist with any request, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public...

Brilliant location, plenty of private parking (with a fee). Simple booking process. Easily accessible hotel.
Very good price, situated in very close area to Alhambra. Not having to drive to narrow street of Granada is a plus. Have own paid parking spaces. We had booked the Carmen hotel but had difficulties getting access to the hotel due road restrictions and police not allowing us access to the road in which the hotel was in. We came across The Congress Hotel, where the staff were very helpful in moving our booking from the Barcelo Carmen to the Congress with ease. I would like to say a big thank you to the reception staff who were always smiling and...
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Alvaro Alba at the front desk. The room offered a stunning view...
The hotel rooms on higher floors had decent views, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the receptionist, a young woman, was extremely inexperienced and rude. She didn't greet or say goodbye, and offered no explanation whatsoever. She was as cold and unfriendly as a government employee. I suggest they improve their staff training, since the receptionist is the first person guests encounter upon...
We came here for New year's eve 2025 and had a wonderful stay . . this is our 2nd time at a Barcelo hotel and we think we are becoming loyal to them as we didn't know about this brand / chain before . . I expected better for a 4-star hotel
Very happy customers As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. Lovely comfortable hotel. Super Staff. Good food. A nice stroll into the city.
Everything was perfect and very clean, I loved it.
Rooms are well-sized and conveniently accessible by public transport
This is a great place with excellent value for money. As you enter the lobby, you'll see a path leading down to the dedicated underground parking lot, so those traveling by car can make a reservation with confidence. However, the parking lot is limited, with only about 20 spaces available, and the space to park is narrow. Late arrivals or larger vehicles may experience parking difficulties, so we recommend...

Enjoyable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the train station and walkable to the city centre and tourist attractions. Check in and out were smooth and fast, service staff were excellent. Room is of acceptable size, clean and bed is comfortable. Quiet stay. Highly recommended.
This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good...
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, but the lock was a bit faulty.
The location is pretty good, you can take bus 33 directly from the bus station. It's also not too far to walk to a few attractions. There's a Chinese-owned supermarket across the street which is convenient for shopping. However, there's one fatal flaw: the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I didn't expect amazing soundproofing, but you can even hear people showering upstairs. Other than that, everything...
We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the...
The room was much bigger than what you'd typically find in Barcelona. Right across the street, there's a Chinese supermarket. The hotel is really close to the city center, and Granada University is right next door. Plus, there's a bakery nearby that's way cheaper than the cafe attached to the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a former monastery, and its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Granada. The service was excellent. As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!
Hotel was ok. Room seriously noisy with random bumping and clicking from what I assume is HVAC? Then at 9pm loud music starts when I’m trying to get my jet lagged self to sleep. It would be fine if I had not asked at least 5x to get a quiet room away from noise. Well, it appears I’m adjacent to a live band. No sleep anytime soon. The hotel feels understaffed and under resourced. Would not return. This...
Stayed here in 2018 (not sure how it is after the pandemic), and my friend and I absolutely loved it. Good walking area (about a 25-minute walk to Alhambra- but we enjoy walking), close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful room with an old Spanish aesthetic. Can't speak to other folks' experiences, but we loved it.
We were upgraded to Suite 513, which was fantastic - two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a comfortable living area that made the space feel both luxurious and practical. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, blending historic charm with a serene, elegant atmosphere. A truly memorable...
The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.
Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here. The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed. The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us. We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great hotel in superb location. Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown. The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Really modern hotel near the train station. Room was lovely and the staff were great...offered us a breakfast picnic because we we're leaving before breakfast! Lovely gastropub with good selection of affordable cocktails.
This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff. Reception staff were exceptional and helped me print rickets as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling to/from the station in granada.
The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either. The staff were very friendly although the hotel was a little run down in appearance.
Great hotel. Located near granada rail station. Bus stop in front of hotel. You have to carry your bag up the stairs to the recepcionist. Breakfast is normal. Spent 3 night the breakfast menu was always the same. Stay at room 210. The toilet is cracking. There is something weird come from that crack. The bidet is okay. Most of all the hotel is great. I will recommend
Very close to the centre, the hotel is lovely, always clean. Staff is lovely, Ana was wonderful and such a great person of staff, made our stay that much more personal. Only issue we had was parking, if you’re trying to find some for free it’s quite difficult .

Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. I was slightly disappointed with the "boutique" hotel. Nice hotel but there is no bell boy to carry the bags and no room service
Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.
