Barceló Granada Congress, Granada1 / 30
8.9
Granada, C. Maestro Montero, 12, Ronda (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The service is good and the breakfast is also excellent. But the hotel charges the client car parking fee of Euro 18
We had booked the Carmen hotel but had difficulties getting access to the hotel due road restrictions and police not allowing us access to the road in which the hotel was in. We came across The Congress Hotel, where the staff were very helpful in moving our booking from the Barcelo Carmen to the Congress with ease. I would like to say a big thank you to the reception staff who were always smiling and...
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Alvaro Alba at the front desk. The room offered a stunning view...
The hotel rooms on higher floors had decent views, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the receptionist, a young woman, was extremely inexperienced and rude. She didn't greet or say goodbye, and offered no explanation whatsoever. She was as cold and unfriendly as a government employee. I suggest they improve their staff training, since the receptionist is the first person guests encounter upon...
We came here for New year's eve 2025 and had a wonderful stay . . this is our 2nd time at a Barcelo hotel and we think we are becoming loyal to them as we didn't know about this brand / chain before . . Also a big mention to the reception staff Maria and definitely also the two gentlemen whose names I forgot but who helped us so much with ideas for where to go on New year's eve , where to eat and booking...
Room has terrible smells. We had to change room twice.

Hotel Palacio de Santa Paula, Autograph Collection, Granada1 / 22
8.9
Granada, C. Gran Vía de Colón, 31, Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a former monastery, and its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Granada. The service was excellent. As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!
Hotel was ok. Room seriously noisy with random bumping and clicking from what I assume is HVAC? Then at 9pm loud music starts when I’m trying to get my jet lagged self to sleep. It would be fine if I had not asked at least 5x to get a quiet room away from noise. Well, it appears I’m adjacent to a live band. No sleep anytime soon. The hotel feels understaffed and under resourced. Would not return. This...
Stayed here in 2018 (not sure how it is after the pandemic), and my friend and I absolutely loved it. Good walking area (about a 25-minute walk to Alhambra- but we enjoy walking), close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful room with an old Spanish aesthetic. Can't speak to other folks' experiences, but we loved it.
We were upgraded to Suite 513, which was fantastic - two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a comfortable living area that made the space feel both luxurious and practical. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, blending historic charm with a serene, elegant atmosphere. A truly memorable...
The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.
Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here. The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed. The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us. The hotel was not very close to the train station (uber 12min), and about...

Granada, C. Gran Vía de Colón, 20, Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
If you're going to Granada then you must stay here. Great central location, spa, rooftob bar with views of the Ahlambra and Sierra nevada , lovely rooms and great value! There's more, the eurostar hotels chain, so im going to book them wherever I visit from now on.. 10/10.
We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a lovely powerful shower. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Granada, making it easy to walk to the main sights...
Great hotel in superb location. Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown. The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Alhambra Palace Hotel, Granada1 / 30
9.0
Granada, Pl. Arquitecto García de Paredes, 1, Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Alhambra. The restaurant also has beautiful views and the hotel has an Arabian feel to it. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are showing their age. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but the front desk seemed a bit indifferent, possibly due to a high number of guests checking in.
So, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby. I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around. It was...
overall, it is a 4 out of 5 experience
Overall, the property is beautiful and the old palace aesthetic fits perfectly within Granada. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, pleasant views, and high-quality, upscale bathrooms. We found the staff to be very friendly, but seemed stretched a bit thin considering the hotel was very busy and there were large groups that required extra attention. The breakfast was standard. The bar food...
This is a 5 star hotel on all aspects other than 3 very important ones. 1: There is no gym or weight room. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this size. 2: There is no room designated temperature control, so you are at the mercy of the general hotel’s temperature. We went in December while the outdoor temp was around 10 C, and the indoor temperature was probably around 2...
An Exceptional Stay at a Truly Iconic Hotel Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and unforgettable. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed in an authentic Andalusian style, which gives it a unique charm and historical atmosphere. We stayed in a luxurious suite with a very spacious balcony, which added great comfort and enjoyment to our experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, being...

Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate
We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.
Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....
The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The hotel environment was quite good, and the service was excellent. Great value for money!

Hospes Palacio de Los Patos Hotel, Granada1 / 30

Granada, C. Solarillo de Gracia, 1, Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, great location and access to the spa which was delightful. Complementary wine and treats offered in the rooms. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars are 1) the beds were not that comfortable. They were quite jiggly so every time my partner moved, I would feel it (I’m also a sensitive sleeper in general) but this was a particular issue...
My mother & I had a lovely stay at the Palacio de Los Patos. The hotel property is gorgeous and very well maintained. All members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Clara, who checked us in, was such a great first impression of Granada. Friendly, professional and kind. We had an issue with our first room due to noise from the door below, but the team efficiently moved us to a new room and...
My husband and I I just spent 3 nights at this property. Amazing from check-in to check-out! Everyone made us feel really special! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds are heavenly. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, with a separate eggs to order to your liking menu. Location is superb, not even a 10 min walk to the center of town. They...

We were so blessed with the Stay at Hospes Palacio de los Patos. The new rooms are. Delight: comfy beds, amazing oversized showers and the staff! Oh the Staff, increíble people from our house keeper to the valet service, reception desks and concierge all incredibly nice and knowledgeable.
