We didn’t stay at the hotel but booked their spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. Their pools and saunas are very personal and only shares with a few people so it was very nice and chill
Celia and Javi were really good! My mom don’t speak any English or Spanish but Celia was very caring and nice and made sure that my mom was relaxing and enjoying
Javi was very helpful introducing the experience and the massage I got was super. Definitely recommend if you spend more time in Granada
We walked there and sounds but there are easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there
I want to thank the hotel for canceling my reservation in case of force majeure circumstances, thank you for your help! I want to thank the hotel for canceling my booking in case of force majeure, thanks for your help!
Well located and central. Good facilities and a nice room. Definitely worth repeating.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home
Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Alvaro Alba at the front desk
I would like to say a big thank you to the reception staff who were always smiling and willing to help. The congress hotel was more accessible if arriving by car
We came across The Congress Hotel, where the staff were very helpful in moving our booking from the Barcelo Carmen to the Congress with ease
The room offered a stunning view, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring a wide variety of options. We will definitely return during our next visit!
The parking lot is large, and the breakfast selection is excellent. It's a bit far from the old town; it's a 20-minute walk to the cathedral. A car is required to get to Al-Bukhari Palace.

Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work
We had to get valet parking after we reach the Hotel and was recommended by the hotel to take a taxi around Granada instead of driving. Hotel was big and we had connecting rooms. Room was clean and nice and had a balcony
The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children
I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking
Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street

I’m a bit miffed with some of the bad reviews here. The authors are idiots ! This hotel is great value for money. You have safe underground parking for cars and motorcycles. The rooms are spacious and clean
The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are surprisingly large. There's a microwave for heating food, a large supermarket right next door, and McDonald's and other restaurants nearby
Bathrooms feature the sophisticated Japanese style toilets. The building is a clever piece of design. Staff are uber helpful and speak all languages
The hotel has a 24 hour check in which is great for those who are arriving late, it’s close to the sports area of Granada and to the shopping Mall Nevada
The staff were professional, polite, and always willing to assist with any request, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transportation
The hotel furniture is dated and needs refurbishing, one lift was not working on my trip which meant you has to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to use a lift.   The cafe was not open during my visit

I liked the hotel; it was clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and there was parking. The pool was cool, but it was nice to relax by.
The room was ok but the whole hotel remembers its better days. The pool is open since 14 Sept. Although we asked for the double bed we received two twin beds joined together
The shower is the trickiest I’ve seen yet - not friendly to the tall or the thick unless you also happen to be good at contortion. 😂 This would be a good hotel to spend a few days or a week in Granada
The rooms were comfortable and this is the best air conditioner in Spain! The WiFi was also very strong and fast. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear but everything is clean and working
Situated within a 10 minute walk of the town. Flat, so suitable for wheelchair users. The hotel staffe was so friendly and helpful. We asked for aids on the room as my husband has disabilities
We liked the renovated room, cleanliness, the parking is a problem sometimes. Front desk very helpful. We had to pay for the parking because it was full!

Excellent location, very spacious rooms with spectacular views from its large terrace, it needs some details of renovation but in general it more than meets the requirements. Very large and comfortable bed
It was really the best. Everything about the location, service, and everything else was great. The room condition is the best, and if you stay as a family, two rooms can be connected as one lodging.
The staff was nice. The hotel location was good. The room was spacious. The view from our room was fantastic. We could see the Alhambra from our window! Everything was perfect.
I really liked both the location and the customer service. I will surely repeat it again
Good location, convenient for shopping and transportation, not far from scenic spots.
Despite the facilities the hotel offers, it is quite economical.

The food was very good with lots of choice and replenished quickly. Bedding and towels were changed frequently
The hotel is located directly opposite the Alhambra, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The room was spacious and even had a terrace. I absolutely loved it! It was clean, and the service was excellent
The hotel itself doesn't have many parking spaces, but the car park across from the Alhambra is super convenient at 22. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, though the facilities show some age
We have just spent 3 days at the Hotel , which is located next to Alhambra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and quick to respond to requests or queries
Staying at Hotel Alixares and visiting the Alhambra was absolutely perfect! The main entrance to the attraction is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel
The hotel's decor has the unique charm of the Alhambra, and the front desk provided a map and explained the best routes for exploring

Unfortunately, we are stuck in Doha because of ongoing middle east situation during March 2026, we try to apply for a refund with the hotel but they won’t allow us

We stayed one night at the Hotel Macià Real de La Alhambra. Impeccable cleanliness, a magical atmosphere, attentive service, and charming facilities
Very good price, situated in very close area to Alhambra. Not having to drive to narrow street of Granada is a plus

The bath room beyond my expectation, the jet shower head which is very powerful that relieve my tiredness for the day. In the evening, i went to the bar on the first floor
My table was occupied by another guest after I went out to counter to pick up the food. Despite this little dynamics, I still have an enjoyable stay and I will back again when I visit Gibraltar
The female staff on duty also friendly and helpful and I have relaxing time before go out for dinner. The breakfast is very good and provides wide range of choice
The only thing I feel need to improve is the crowd control because there were few tour groups having breakfast at the same time causing little chaos
When I come into the room, the room is very spacious, bight and clean. Also, my room can see the Rock of Gibraltar which is a bonous
A great stay! The lovely reception has upgrade our room. Good location, but quiet. Bedding are comfortable. Very big room.

Balconies are huge with the rooms! The guy on the front door over the weekend was so helpful and never seemed to stop working, even when no one else was around he was running around tidying up and plumping cushions, I've never seen such a diligent worker! Also the rooms are super sound proof as long as you shut the internal door
One of the best hotels especially for the money! Beautiful and big room with a nice view! Located near the center! Had a very worm welcome by the nice staff! The breakfast was top notch, with plenty of options! Worth every penny!
The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available
The details are visible, starting from the cleanliness and the perfume of the air of the whole main floor. The employees are professional, welcoming and helpful. The forniture and the structure is very elegant
My room was absolutely spectacular: spacious, well lit, comfortable, and far more luxurious than what I expected for the price I paid, and I was even happy to get room number 112 because it was easy to remember
Excellent hotel room, big in size, simple and modern design, thoroughly cleaned every day. Good location, near the university campus, walking distance to old town and main shopping street

So, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby
It was a little scary, but so good, and the night view was beautiful too. I didn't book breakfast because I was worried I wouldn't wake up in time. But the restaurant was so gorgeous that I just ordered lunch there
Great location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Alhambra. The restaurant also has beautiful views and the hotel has an Arabian feel to it. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are showing their age
The foie gras burger was surprisingly amazing, and both burgers I ordered were delicious. One came with sweet potato fries, and the other with regular potato fries – both were great
I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around
It's rare for a hotel to have such good food in its restaurant, and the view is totally worth it. Completely satisfied, completely recommend!

Everything was very clean. My room was non-smoking, but when Golia entered, it was clear they were smoking. Otherwise, the buffet was excellent, the service was great, and the location was 20 minutes from the center.
Very happy customers As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet
Excellent Beautiful hotel, many decorative features. Maybe art deco? Staff very helpful. Huge room with the biggest bed I have ever seen. Very comfortable. Big bathroom. Everything there one would need
Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!
The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

It is located relatively close to the city center. The cleaning of the room is neat and the chambermaids are a real charm and professionals of 10. The only drawback that I would put is that a larger rest area is missing
Everything was fine. Very large bed, cafeteria for dinner, close to an area with services, staff were average, not particularly friendly.
This fantastic place to stay in Seville made our trip truly memorable! It’s conveniently located near the heart of the city, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly
Everything was great! Very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended! 🎉🌹💯❤️🎊🎂

This is a great place with excellent value for money. As you enter the lobby, you'll see a path leading down to the dedicated underground parking lot, so those traveling by car can make a reservation with confidence
It's a bit far from tourist attractions, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. During the day, you can hear the sounds of students running around, which is a powerful and wonderful experience.
The hotel is in a good location. You can still park your car for free nearby. Room was clean. Lots of amenities are provided. There is a bus (4) which brings you directly towards city center.
Late arrivals or larger vehicles may experience parking difficulties, so we recommend parking around your check-in time if possible
However, the parking lot is limited, with only about 20 spaces available, and the space to park is narrow
Rooms are well-sized and conveniently accessible by public transport

They provide kettle and mini fridge in each room, although they also have coffee station and infused water by the lobby. Bfast selection was good but we only ate there one time on our last day
Spent a night there, good choice, walkable distance to city centre, for parking you can use near underground garage for 10 EUR a day (if you pay through parking web sites)
It’s quite close to the center, around 10-15 mins walk, but it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Staffs were polite and attentive, we didn’t have any issue
It’s worth every penny and we will definitely stay here again next time
Our room was situated into inner courtyard (seems that hotel is made from more buildings), so don’t expect some city view 🙂 but room was clean, a bit smaller shower, but reasonable
Friendly staff, clean room, tea and coffee in the room. Mini fridge for beverages. Would come again definitely. One minor thing: the bed frame was squeaky.

Enjoyable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the train station and walkable to the city centre and tourist attractions. Check in and out were smooth and fast, service staff were excellent

Really modern hotel near the train station. Room was lovely and the staff were great. offered us a breakfast picnic because we we're leaving before breakfast! Lovely gastropub with good selection of affordable cocktails
Located near granada rail station. You have to carry your bag up the stairs to the recepcionist. Spent 3 night the breakfast menu was always the same. There is something weird come from that crack
The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either
This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff
Reception staff were exceptional and helped me print rickets as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling to/from the station in granada

Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
While there is a pool, I found the water freezing cold. That's probably as good a summary as I can offer, all the right moves not quite perfect execution
Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate
This hotel is up on the hill, which makes going out for meals inconvenient. There's also a tiny pool; I went up to look at the stars from there, but it was nothing special
We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and clean
Our curiosity about Granada's traditional hotspots and noteworthy attractions led us to him, and within an astonishingly brief span of 5 minutes, he crafted a tailored compendium of must-visit locales and culinary delights
The hotel charges for parking but we just parked on the street outside for free and there was plenty of space. The only downside is, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere on what appeared to be an industrial estate
We had breakfast here one morning, which was decent dlr the cost! I would probably stay here again on our travels around Spain, for the cost it was excellent value for money!
So I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to be close to the center
if this hotel was advertised as 2 or 3 star, and we did not pay €170 per night this would all have been acceptable, lucky us for only booking 1 night prior to going to the airport

Having traveled to over a dozen cities in Europe and booked hotels of similar caliber, I absolutely have to come back and rave about this hotel in Granada! The staff at the front desk, both male and female, provided excellent service
A big part of the reason we stay at NH hotels is for the delicious breakfasts. The Victoria’s breakfast was excellent and Maria greeted us promptly each morning and remembered our coffee orders
Exceptional location right in the city center. The airport bus stop is just 50 meters away. It's worth reserving a room facing the main street. Good breakfast and the staff are charming.
The location was great, and the inside was clean. The only minor issue was that the elevator was out of order a few times, but it was still a good stay. Clean, neat, and decent overall.
To our surprise, they managed to arrange a clean room for us by just past 8 AM, which we really appreciated! It provided the perfect resting place for two weary travelers
There was a mix-up over servicing our room one day, but it was quickly corrected after I informed the front desk. The location is very convenient to the city center
