Cold dirty rooms cold water in the shower, noisy because of the people in the receptions and all the drunk tourists. The bald guy at reception was the worst: just rude and useless. I informed him that there was no cold water in the shower and his answer was: it's not my fault, I have just started! With an angry and rude tone. What kind of answer is that? He shouldn't work in a reception with customer service. The only nice person was the cleaning lady who had to work everyday during Xmas holidays. Agoi the place if you can.

Worst check in experience of my life...
The staff we rude and obnoxious, they would not accept that a card we booked with had been stolen between booking and check in.
We then spent over an hour in reception on the phone to the bank, while the owners threatened to chuck us out and call the police and leave us without anywhere to stay at 02.30am.
DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS...!!!

Wen't for holiday on 2 June till 16 June 2015 and stay in Pension Aduar in Marbella.
Is run by lovely family and very friendly staff. Best stay ever they are easy going helpful happy people make as stay unforgettable.Best choice ever. Rooms they very basic but so fresh and clean. Ok sheering bathrooms but surprise surprise so clean.They make you feel welcome from start to the end.They take care about guest and making sure the are nice people stain no trouble makers. Also they provide taxi service half price then anywhere else never can be better! I would back to this place anytime I can have time off from work and one more thinks fantastic location.
