The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, and the room felt brand new after its recent renovation. The spa facilities were excellent too. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The newly renovated rooms are really spacious, nice and offers all amentities expected for a 5* Hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and can be used at all seasons

We couldn't think better of this hotel. We took a 92 year old relative and they made sure she was well looked after, even lending us a zimmer and a wheelchair so she could get around more easily

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early morning and there was a room ready for checking in earlier, so I was very happy. There is a delicious breakfast and a good restaurant there.

It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done

In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time. One can take their breakfast and eat it at the pool, there are no restrictions around this

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there

An emergency dilemma the start of our holiday in Marbella. This hotel came to our rescue. Recommended by a staff member who lives not too far from the hotel. We were greeted by Javier at the Marbella Playa with a smile

We really liked the location, beach (live music, DJ, towels and confortable sunbeds) and vibe. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. The room was cleaned every day and the pool is spacious

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella

Best kept secret- room 906 side sea view is on the corner so benefits from some front too. Cannot fault this hotel in any way

The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts can get busy

Close to the harbour of Banus. The rooms are large but some small things need some maintenance in the future. The pools and gardens are fabulous.

We went for a mini-break during which my husband celebrated a birthday, "the best ever", he declared (and he has had more than 80!) This was mostly due to the excellence of the Don Pepe Hotel (slightly enhanced by perfect weather)

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult

This is the third time staying at senator Marbella. Loved every visit, clean and welcoming, ideal location and facilities. I believe the hotel is closing on 31. 25 due to takeover and new management

Admit that the hotel does need updating with paintwork etc but do hope that new owners continue with the excellence that tge current owners have and the room prices don’t rocket

However, the charge for ice and having to pay a 50% search charge for same day laundry service is inconsistent with a four star hotel. In addition, the Wi-Fi was erratic and slow and certain websites would not even load

Rooms are spacious with separate bath/shower. Breakfast was both of the menu and buffet and a good selection for lunch/daytimes (we didn’t have dinner there) Very relaxed atmosphere throughout

Boho club is a great place to stay in Puerto Banus. As well as feeling very, very cool It’s an easy €12 uber ride into the marina area and the hotel itself is beautifully landscaped, quiet and exclusive

The team was incredibly kind and proactive, they quickly located the item in my room and arranged to have it delivered to my exact location

They personally handed it to me, which made me feel genuinely cared for and attended to. I strongly recommend this hotel

The roof top pool is small. Also the chairs at the pool you could not lie on them only sitting.

Could be more about the place nothing around had to travel to other places by bus but the pool was great for the kids Chinese and bar round the corner are great places and all the staff at diverhotel are all great too but dont think we would be back anytime soon
