The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, and the room felt brand new after its recent renovation. The spa facilities were excellent too. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The most wonderful experience and amazing service we've ever had when traveling abroad. We traveled on holiday with our baby who sadly became very ill once there

The newly renovated rooms are really spacious, nice and offers all amentities expected for a 5* Hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and can be used at all seasons

But the best gem is the staff! From the valet guys, reception, spa ladies to the waiters there are so nice, kind and attentive. Special thanks to Isaias, very friendly and proactive

As we were leaving the hotel every day for day trips, the concierge team stayed in direct contact with us via WhatsApp, followed up consistently, suggested the best spots to visit, and helped us with restaurant bookings

The staff were always smiling, warm, and genuinely kind, which immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and relaxing

The hotel terrace and the direct access down to the beach level were excellent and added a lot to the experience. Breakfast was superb, with great variety and quality

The rooms, overall hotel cleanliness, and the views were outstanding ,truly nothing to criticize. What really made the difference was the concierge team

Location great right on the beach, staff can’t do enough for you friendly and professional. Rooms delightful cleaning high standard

An oasis of tranquility and piece by the sea with lots of amazing courtyard and places to relax, well kept and taken care of. Amazing bar area , furnished with perfection. The whole place makes you wish to come back

Some great touches like complimentary minibar and the individual toiletries from Otary are lovely… no big refillable dispensers here thank goodness ! Very classy ! No way I’ve enough words to compliment the upper pool, lower pool and patio restaurants but you will be so happy !

Wonderful hotel and wonderful grounds too. We had a deluxe room which was great, with a small garden almost to ourselves. Make sure you take a walk out of the hotel and go into the ‘old’ town to experience the locality

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quiet and spacious, which made it very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The overall vibe was great, and the staff were friendly and professional

Stayed multiple times, love the atmosphere. You get amazing place with very high quality service for adorable price. So friendly staff, i feel like home being back there every time

Good breakfast, always very well service from housekeeping. Very beautiful surroundings with all the greenery

I will definitely come back again!

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there

First time visiting ME Marbella. FOOD Breakfast was really great - plenty of options to choose from from pastries, fruits, yoghurt, eggs etc

Our room was perfect—beautiful decor, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel has a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Overall, the quality throughout is outstanding

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, and the cleanliness, they also have hand shower in the bathroom!!!, I’m sure I’ll be there again

I had a fantastic experience at Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness. The location on the Golden Mile was perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and sights in Marbella

The hotel and the staff was very good and the pool area was amazing very calm Everything was great and also the late breakfast only thing that can be improved is breakfast and the food at pergola restaurant otherwise amazing

The rooms were spacious, modern and impeccably clean, making my stay super comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which really made a difference to my stay

I waited about 20 minutes at the restaurant after asking if I could be seated, and eventually had to get up to request service myself, despite the place being empty

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even though we couldn't speak the language. They were very kind and helpful, from arranging a taxi to helping us when the airport shuttle didn't arrive

We couldn't think better of this hotel. We took a 92 year old relative and they made sure she was well looked after, even lending us a zimmer and a wheelchair so she could get around more easily

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early morning and there was a room ready for checking in earlier, so I was very happy. There is a delicious breakfast and a good restaurant there.

It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done

I've been coming to this hotel for several years and stayed there about a month ago. As usual, I found the team fantastic. Everyone is top-notch in serving the guests, from housekeeping to reception and the restaurant

Great location and super friendly staff! They went above and beyond to help me set up a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday — the room decoration was absolutely beautiful and made the day feel really special

In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time. One can take their breakfast and eat it at the pool, there are no restrictions around this

The hotel and its ambience were wonderful! The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff and management were incredibly polite and friendly. We had an amazing and truly enjoyable experience

We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult

We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners

Our 4 year old daughter was greeted with a gorgeous teddy bear and colouring pack , which made her day. Our beautiful sea view room was just perfect, with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi bath

We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

An exceptional five-star experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with an incredibly attentive and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay

A highlight of our stay was walking through the wonderful gardens, especially at night with the lights dotted around. The restaurants were all 5 star and we really enjoyed Thai Gallery

We really liked the location, beach (live music, DJ, towels and confortable sunbeds) and vibe. The food at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. The room was cleaned every day and the pool is spacious

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella

Best kept secret- room 906 side sea view is on the corner so benefits from some front too. Cannot fault this hotel in any way

The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts can get busy

the best location with nice seaview. and the price also reasonable

The food was terrific: breakfasts were good and more than sufficient, and the dinners we had in the evening were awesome. Hotel was also very clean and well cared for. Parking is a little hectic? lol

In every area the hotel was superb, the very comfortable room, the superb breakfast buffet which provided a wide choice of meats, cheeses, fruits plus individually cooked items, the wide choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner, but above all the friendly, high quality of service

We went for a mini-break during which my husband celebrated a birthday, "the best ever", he declared (and he has had more than 80!) This was mostly due to the excellence of the Don Pepe Hotel (slightly enhanced by perfect weather)

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

The staff in every department, without exception, were happy to go above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction. We are left with a lovely memory, thanks to all especially the staff of the Erre restaurant

Rooms are spacious with separate bath/shower. Breakfast was both of the menu and buffet and a good selection for lunch/daytimes (we didn’t have dinner there) Very relaxed atmosphere throughout

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service in the dining area was attentive and quick. Overall, the entire experience was flawless

When you arrive the staff are very helpful and kind to you and make you feel like your going to have a great Stay with them. The room i Stayed in was very sweet and comfortable

The only downside for us was the service throughout the day at the 2 outside bars was very laid back despite the hotel appearing not to be full

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The staff really are super friendly and nice. You get a great view of the beach and of the area

The level of service and attention to detail from every staff member I encountered—from housekeeping to the concierge—was outstanding

I booked 3 double rooms and 1 treble, they are fantastic, everything you want is there for you. Beds are great, plenty of room in the sitting area, side sea facing balconies were big enough for our group of 9 girls

The maindoor of the room was not fire save, some cm/mm air under the door, light from the hall came in

Plus, the beach is just a minute’s walk away — perfect for relaxing by the sea anytime you want!

Overall a very pleasant stay Excellent location friendly staff The rooms were spacious and clean Only major negative was a very small single bed which I found uncomfortable

The views were wonderful, and upon leaving the place, the gastronomic atmosphere was fantastic. I recommend the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. I think one area that could be improved would be the bed

Could be more about the place nothing around had to travel to other places by bus but the pool was great for the kids Chinese and bar round the corner are great places and all the staff at diverhotel are all great too but dont think we would be back anytime soon

Amazing place , lovely staff just need a bit of improvement when it cames to the food , stayed 7days and basically was always the same type of food , but apart from that everthing well amazing thank you

We couldn't stay there, because of corona. But they cancelled our reservation for free, even though it actually wasn't

Super nice and we really do appreciate it! And we will definitely stay there once travelling is possible again!

Cleaning lady, was so nice, at room was so clean - somedays we came to our room after breakfast, and found a towel swan or toilet paper with a butterfly - and it created warmth, a smile and a need for photographing the artistic creations in my girlfriend

Normally when we have all inclusive we go out to eat at restaurants anyways - but not once did we skip dinner at this hotel - it says a lot about the food here. There were always 5-10 different meats/fish each day

Thank you to staff at Aluasun Marbella Park in Elviria Marbella for making our stay absolutely amazing. Food was amazing, varied and themed (most days), which created an excitement at dinner time every day

I never once saw a stressed staff, they were very busy at times, but always just looking like they managed business easily. The area/park inside the hotel was nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere

Best hotel stay ever, and that even compared to 5 star hotels I have stayed at. And David at reception, thank you for a warm kind goodbye yesterday morning - it was really appreciated

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely, short walk to the beach but buses available free of charge, great restaurants a short walk away, highly recommend, will definitely be back

This place is stunning! From The building itself to the rooms and facilities it’s just so so beautiful! The service and host are so welcoming and friendly, it’s also not far from restaurants etc

Short downhill 10 minute walk to 3 local restaurants and a supermarket and then another 10 minutes to local beach and multiple restaurants. Free parking out front as well

We have been traveling around Europe for the last 3 months and have stayed at 27 hotels so far, and this has been our clear favorite place! Would highly recommend it!

The place was one of the best place I ever stayed. Clean, unique and great service ! Definitely would highly recommend. It’s a great experience we felt so at home !

The only thing to highlight was the need to queue early for a sun lounger - these are available from 9am daily but we realised people started to queue from 8am to purchase this and to ensure a good spot - though to be honest there are many loungers and most areas get the sun all day

The onsite cafe is perfect to pick up a drink or snack and the staff on reception at the apartments are really nice and they’re always on hand to assist. If you’re considering visiting Skol, we would urge you to do so

We recently stayed at Skol for the third time. We don’t normally return to the same place/apartment but there’s something very special about Marbella and Skol apartments which has made us happy to return each year

A kitchen with full oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine we're a bonus. We didn't use them as we were there for a short period but for an extended stay it would be helpful to have them

The balconies are a real joy to us - both have the most magnificent views, they really do take your breath away. The apartment block itself is well maintained with lots of amenities

The apartment block is in a perfect location - right by the promenade and nearby to lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes. The apartment itself was clean and spacious
