The hotel went above and beyond to reassure and comfort us! Stunning room, amazing staff (who were always asking us how our little one was doing!), incredible food! I cannot wait to go back!!

Rooms lovey, staff friendly and happy, great breakfast, pool and garden area beautiful. This is our 2nd trip and will be back again

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, and the room felt brand new after its recent renovation. The spa facilities were excellent too. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The newly renovated rooms are really spacious, nice and offers all amentities expected for a 5* Hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and can be used at all seasons

The beach can be reached via a walk through the beautiful Hotel garden and the old town of Marbella in approx. All in all, absolutely recommenable and we will come back

We didn’t stay in the hotel, but we really enjoyed the Rafa Academy tennis facility. The courts are good and the location / view spectacular. The staff in the reception/ bar were friendly and plentiful. Cheers!

Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service

We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay

It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience

I also just loved the music and even the bed had a built in base. I highly recommend this treatment and also the the wonderful therapist Lisa

As we were leaving the hotel every day for day trips, the concierge team stayed in direct contact with us via WhatsApp, followed up consistently, suggested the best spots to visit, and helped us with restaurant bookings

The staff were always smiling, warm, and genuinely kind, which immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and relaxing

I had a good time with my family at Occidental Puerto Banus. It was a short stay but nevertheless unforgettable. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our child. The main bed was huge, it could actually fit 3 there

The room was spacious, immaculate and had everything you’d expect, plus more…. sink, fridge, free water, iron and board. Breakfast (included) had a massive selection inc cava to make mimosas if thats your thing

We had a wonderful stay at the Occidental hotel and truly enjoyed the welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere. The facilities are excellent for families and it made our stay very comfortable and relaxing

Considering it was raining heavily during our stay, it was off season and the spa was being refurbished (which I would have loved to try!), I cannot fault this place in any way

Some great touches like complimentary minibar and the individual toiletries from Otary are lovely… no big refillable dispensers here thank goodness ! Very classy ! No way I’ve enough words to compliment the upper pool, lower pool and patio restaurants but you will be so happy !

An oasis of tranquility and piece by the sea with lots of amazing courtyard and places to relax, well kept and taken care of. Amazing bar area , furnished with perfection. The whole place makes you wish to come back

Wonderful hotel and wonderful grounds too. We had a deluxe room which was great, with a small garden almost to ourselves. Make sure you take a walk out of the hotel and go into the ‘old’ town to experience the locality

This is a beautiful resort with 2 indoor pools and several outdoor pools. The children's area is down near the beach, and there is a children's indoor pool with changing facilities and a play area/sand pit

Second time staying here and room is spacious and well designed. Facilities are a bit aged but well maintained. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded in February. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby

Having a terrace overlooking the pool made it even more enjoyable, and the private laundry room was a huge bonus for a longer stay. One feature we loved was the on-site supermarket

We stayed for three weeks in a three-bedroom apartment facing the pool, and we honestly could not have asked for a better room or a better experience

Lower floor room with a direct view of a construction site (they're rebuilding a fountain). Overall it looked like the buildings faced inward toward center of the property

Marriott Marbella Beach Resort was truly one of the highlights of our entire Spain trip

The property and pool area is very nice. Location is great, close to the beach. With a bit of work this could be a really nice place

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there

Has a nice pool area where you can chill all day, decent breakfast. Room was large enough, air conditioning and a ceiling fan

Decor was a bit dated, but the room was large and spotlessly clean. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space and numerous pools. The aircon in my room did not work, so I had trouble sleeping well

Close to the harbour of Banus. The rooms are large but some small things need some maintenance in the future. The pools and gardens are fabulous.

BAR John on the bar was great and looked after us during one of our days around the pool, super friendly and service was top notch! GYM Hotel has a 24 hour gym downstairs which is super handy and can be accessed around the clock

SERVICE The team are super friendly and welcoming, really could not fault it… every one is helpful and polite and make you feel at home. ROOM Room is well furnished and super smart after their renovation

The rooms are very clean and have evrything you need. The staf more than friendly and willing to help. The pool is located between 2 buildings. And a pool cafe where the food is good too. 10 minutes walk to the beach

I had a fantastic experience at Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness. The location on the Golden Mile was perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and sights in Marbella

The hotel and the staff was very good and the pool area was amazing very calm Everything was great and also the late breakfast only thing that can be improved is breakfast and the food at pergola restaurant otherwise amazing

I waited about 20 minutes at the restaurant after asking if I could be seated, and eventually had to get up to request service myself, despite the place being empty

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even though we couldn't speak the language. They were very kind and helpful, from arranging a taxi to helping us when the airport shuttle didn't arrive

With the hotel being on the beach it is well situated for a 10 minute beach front walk to Puerto Banus

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early morning and there was a room ready for checking in earlier, so I was very happy. There is a delicious breakfast and a good restaurant there.

The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a private terrace offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the pool area

You have the Luis Vuitton store, Fendi and lots of more. The beach and in the summer it's full of people. They have 3 great strip clubs and the nightlife is great

In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time. One can take their breakfast and eat it at the pool, there are no restrictions around this

It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done

We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

Room depends on the specific location in the resort. We had a very good suite with sea view. World class breakfast!! You can even stuff your fresh croissant with various stuffings like apricot marmelade

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella

Beautiful property on the beach. Clean room, but a little small. Ocean front balcony. Sexy shower with glass walls adjoining the bed space.

The beach club is fantastic, the pool area spacious, and the sunbeds super comfortable

The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts can get busy

We enjoyed the food in all restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. We tried the beach area one day and we loved it but did miss the very attentive staff of the pool area

In every area the hotel was superb, the very comfortable room, the superb breakfast buffet which provided a wide choice of meats, cheeses, fruits plus individually cooked items, the wide choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner, but above all the friendly, high quality of service

All lovely touches to make us feel special. The pool area was great and lovely views over the sea. Stewards look after you very well. We are breakfast in the Red Room and also some snacks at lunchtime

Every person was kind and sincerely wanted to help. The sushi restaurant had great views of the sea, with first class sushi. Steak house was spacious with great selection

The hotel is very central to Marbella with everything accessible in a short walk. Overall this is a well kept, comfortable and friendly hotel which offers great value for money

The hotel is truly worth recommending, I’m incredibly happy that we chose to stay there. First of all, and most importantly for us, it’s very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax

It was a decent hotel if you’re looking for something reasonably priced. Since it was our first time in Marbella, it turned out to be a great option—close to major beach clubs and main/majority of attractions.

The views were wonderful, and upon leaving the place, the gastronomic atmosphere was fantastic. I recommend the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. I think one area that could be improved would be the bed

ICI ONT SE DIT TOUT notre séjour au CLUB MARMARA PUEBLO ANDALUZ s'est déroulé du 12 au 26 septembre 2023 première surprise, a l'aéroport, nous avons été pris en charge par un taxi, wagon MERCEDES, intérieur cuir, véhicule électrique, nous n'étions pas au courant, apparemment notre choix FLEX! et au retour, a l'identique, sauf retard du taxi pris dans les embouteillages, no stress!!!! tout d'abord...

Had a fantastic all inclusive holiday. Great food, lots to choose from. Plenty to choose from to drink. San Miguel and wines on tap in restaurants. Selection of spirits and cocktails included in all inclusive

Excellent buffet food and varied menu but only there for 5 nights. Hotel aimed at French guests so all entertainment was in French including poolside quiz which left us Brits unable to participate

We were forced to go out of the hotel every evening in search of entertainment and something nice to drink, was quite expensive for one week A. I, so was unfair we had to do so

Free shuttle to local market and reception organised a trip to Gibraltar which was brilliant too. Was sad to leave as felt so welcome and spoilt. Would definitely go back again. Thank you for a great holiday

Authentic Andaluzian style Hotel, former monestry. Great simple swimming pool with loads of beds and plenty available due to time of year no doubt. No frills but presentable accommodation and very clean

The food was more than adequate with something to suit everyone at all meals. Hotel has kept the Spanish look without the high rise which was so pretty especially with the colourful flowers. Well done to the ground staff

I requested a room next to family and hotel kindly accommodated me and it was also away from the noisy areas. Staff were all so pleasant and wanting to please and help

San Pedro was now a large town not a little one shop village. The harbour was full of welcoming cafes. The biggest change was the standard of hotel

Each night there was a specials corner and my favourite was fruit and doughnuts!! Our room was 1161 and it was I’m afraid to say that it had a view of a building site which is not the hotels fault but not the nice view we were hoping for

The staff are so friendly and very efficient especially in the buffet restaurant!! The food is about the same as in majority of all inclusive hotels but the choices are still great and by far my favourite

The taxi to the beach was fun, the driver was friendly and funny. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded, considering it was August 9th. I've travelled a lot and own a small air bnb, so my opinion is an experienced one

location for us great close to our relations. the hotel ticks all the boxes for our needs. not to far to the beach and bus services. local bars and food outlets great. golf coures close by added bonus.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely, short walk to the beach but buses available free of charge, great restaurants a short walk away, highly recommend, will definitely be back

A couple of smaller points: parts of the hotel are a little worn and could do with updating, and the children’s pool really needs to be heated outside of peak summer months

Cleaning lady, was so nice, at room was so clean - somedays we came to our room after breakfast, and found a towel swan or toilet paper with a butterfly - and it created warmth, a smile and a need for photographing the artistic creations in my girlfriend

Normally when we have all inclusive we go out to eat at restaurants anyways - but not once did we skip dinner at this hotel - it says a lot about the food here. There were always 5-10 different meats/fish each day
