Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service. Photo is view. Road was a bit noisy from balcony but couldn’t hear it with patio doors closed.

The hotel has a fantastic historic musical style with the decor, rooms and hotel were spotless . Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. Food was well presented and very tasty . We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay...

I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience. I also just loved the music...

Great location and all in all great time in the hotel

Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Perfect location next to Puerto Banus and minute walk to the beach. Different pools and bars on the premises. The 10/10 service from the staff really is the cherry on top. We’ll be back!

Do you want to stay here….YES. If you want to know why then read on it’s all very positive but one of the best hotels for a short break that I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. From the minute I arrived, checking was quick, easy and staff were ultra helpful. Right down to offering us a free umbrella as it was raining. Hotel is incredible, very clean and modern. Location is perfect, only short walk to the marina. Staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. I have to shout out Francisco Javier, he was super friendly, happy and brightened the start of our day up at breakfast! We are 100% returning again in August!

We had a fantastic stay at Occidental Puerto Banús. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the marina, the main square, and El Corte Inglés, which made everything incredibly convenient. The hotel feels modern, fresh, and very clean. Beautiful hotel with nice clean and cozy rooms. Our room had a huge bed and everything was clean and modern. The staff at the reception, the breakfast restaurant and the La Dolce Vita restaurant were great, super professional and polite. Me and my wife had a great vacation here. There is a lot of places to visit and see nearby, many restaurants, the beautiful and luxury port and a lot of shopping options...

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great value and very good staff

Stayed multiple times, love the atmosphere. You get amazing place with very high quality service for adorable price. So friendly staff, i feel like home being back there every time. Good breakfast, always very well service from housekeeping. Very beautiful surroundings with all the greenery. Can’t wait to be back!!!

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quiet and spacious, which made it very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The overall vibe was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely come back again!

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts...

The location was great. The staff were absolutely outstanding! In every hotel aspect: front desk, breakfast room, dining room, beach site, cleaning staff ... in every interaction. The food was terrific: breakfasts were good and more than sufficient, and the dinners we had in the evening were awesome. Hotel was also very clean and well cared for. Parking is a little hectic? lol

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, the food was delicious, the ocean view was amazing, and every member of the staff was incredibly pleasant.

Beautiful property on the beach. Clean room, but a little small. Ocean front balcony. Sexy shower with glass walls adjoining the bed space.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The service is truly 5⭐ — the staff are incredible, everything spotless, and the location perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. The beach club is fantastic, the pool area spacious, and the sunbeds super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. You have to order at the bar..and wait there to collect your own drinks...

Thank you to staff at Aluasun Marbella Park in Elviria Marbella for making our stay absolutely amazing. Food was amazing, varied and themed (most days), which created an excitement at dinner time every day. Normally when we have all inclusive we go out to eat at restaurants anyways - but not once did we skip dinner at this hotel - it says a lot about the food here. There were always 5-10 different...

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely, short walk to the beach but buses available free of charge, great restaurants a short walk away, highly recommend, will definitely be back

We had a very mixed experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, our stay started quite poorly. The first room we were given, in the older part of the hotel, was really not suitable for a longer stay. It overlooked the motorway, and the noise was constant due to very poor soundproofing both externally and within the hotel itself. The bath in our room didn’t work and, despite reporting it, it was never...

It was an excellent trip as normal. Lovely friendly staff and great food. Thanks for the fab room with a great view and bath.

One of the best hotels i’ve ever been to. Beautiful modern room, simple and just beautiful! Had the room with a small balcony which made my stay even extra special ! Definitely would go back there. The location is perfect, everything is a walk away, except puerto banus though. Food was amaaaazing and a must try !

Excellent: service, rooms, breakfast, dinner, surroundings, ..... every detail! From everything you can feel that someone has thought a lot about everything and had a feeling for every detail! I don't even want to recommend the hotel so that they have a free room for us next time! :-)

I must say, a fantastic boutique hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable...room 106. The beds and linen are just the best. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and a joy. Location in the Old Town is perfect for wandering, shopping and easy access to all amenities. Breakfast and the general restaurant are excellent. Personally I missed a bar for a night cap.

We stayed at El Castillo in October. It is a wonderful boutique hotel tucked away in the centre of Old Town Marbella and a short walk from Orange Square. There is an intimate bar downstairs but the jewel in the crown is the roof terrace bar where we also had a quite superb breakfast each morning. We spent three nights in the Presidential Suite. The room was beautiful, they had every amenity you could think of. The hotel is situated in the best area in the city. The restaurant is 5 star and the service is amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful. We loved our stay and will be back!

I stayed at the Maison Ardois for 4 nights and 3 days and I can say it was the best hotel we stayed at in Spain! The service and attention to detail was unmatched. The breakfast was amazing and included and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave. We also left our passports and they let us come back and look in the room even after we checked out and we found them! So relieved they were able help...
