Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service. Photo is view. Road was a bit noisy from balcony but couldn’t hear it with patio doors closed.

The hotel has a fantastic historic musical style with the decor, rooms and hotel were spotless . Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. Food was well presented and very tasty . We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay...

I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience. Great location and all in all great time in the hotel

Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Perfect location next to Puerto Banus and minute walk to the beach. Different pools and bars on the premises. The 10/10 service from the staff really is the cherry on top. We’ll be back!

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Stayed multiple times, love the atmosphere. You get amazing place with very high quality service for adorable price. So friendly staff, i feel like home being back there every time. Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

Been twice now and going back for a third time, find it so relating and the staff are lovely. The food was more varied than I have previously experienced in other all inc hotels. Got health and mobility problems so just need to relax so not bothered about wi-fi. Looking forward t my next visit in September

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. Great course always a great experience. Even managed to give me back my bushnell that I left in November. Only 1 gripe they weren’t able to honour a junior rate as my 12 yr old played with us. I booked online thinking they would be happy to refund. Alas not.
