The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, and the room felt brand new after its recent renovation. The spa facilities were excellent too. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The most wonderful experience and amazing service we've ever had when traveling abroad. We traveled on holiday with our baby who sadly became very ill once there. I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Perfect location next to Puerto Banus and minute walk to the beach. Different pools and bars on the premises. The 10/10 service from the staff really is the cherry on top. We’ll be back!

Fabulous hotel, perfectly placed right on the beach and a short walk into the old town. We had a great time, friendly staff, sea view room and didn't realise we had booked a 'selected' experience. The BEST complimentary breakfast my husband and I have ever had in all our travels. The beach view room was beautiful. This hotel, bars and restaurants never disappoints. Two day stay, it’s not cheap but it’s just five star from arrival to departure the service, food, surroundings and choice are outstanding and the rooms are next level serene and peaceful with every possible comfort. Wonderful hotel and wonderful grounds too. I would highly recommend. We had a deluxe room which was great, with a small garden almost to ourselves. Make sure you take a walk out of the hotel and go into the ‘old’ town to experience the locality. However, this is a great place to stay.

Second time staying here and room is spacious and well designed. Facilities are a bit aged but well maintained. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded in February. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Friendly staff and decent services.

The place is good. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities a good for kids and families. It is a distance away from central Marbella which is both good and not-so-good if you don’t have your transport. Taxis could be good option if you’re not renting a car (which we did). Parking is free for guest which is a big bonus.

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. It's a little bit pricey, but hey it's puerto Banús and it's sooo expensive there so in consideration to that it is actually not that expensive. But I have no problem staying a little bit outside of puerto Banús for half the money and be there in an Uber in 4 minutes. We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult. We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners.

We stayed in October when the hotel was relatively quiet. The evening menu/restaurant was very nice. Daytime menu a bit limited. Did not try the breakfast. Hotel is nice and welcoming. I think it’s a good 4star rather than 5 star. It’s quite grand but a little old fashioned inside. Pool and pool bar area was great for the time of year but I’d imagine would be too small at peak time.

It's a shame that so many groups of golfers are staying at the hotel and don't respect the other guests! There's a lot of noise and beer at the pool, and also noise in the hallways when they come back at 2 a.m.! They should be grouped together in a separate wing of the hotel so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents.

We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. The room was clean and it had been updated, new parket on floors but there were old floorlists and the list around the bathroom door, strange to not update it as well. The maindoor of the room was not fire save, some cm/mm air under the door, light from the hall came in.
