I had a good impression of the hotel; the location was good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. However, for me, it was a very unpleasant stay. I specifically requested a room with a balcony, but upon check-in, I found it didn't match the room type and didn't have a balcony. It turned out the room photos were wrong, leading to the misunderstanding! The two and a half hours spent negotiating the room issue caused us to miss some sightseeing, which was a real shame!

The hotel is nice, with great facilities. It's located in the center of the old town, but it's best not to drive there; turning and passing other vehicles is difficult. Please be careful.

The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Aside from these issues, everything else is excellent.

The religious pictures on the door of the room are not very familiar to Oriental people, so it looks a bit strange, but everything else is OK, the parking service is very good

The superior family room I booked looks like two rooms with two beds, which is different from the picture shown in the order. The size of the bed should be two 1.35-meter beds. The windows can be opened, facing the inner courtyard, and it is relatively quiet. The hotel has a sense of design. The door of each room is a painting. The breakfast is rich. It is also very good to book an ordinary family room with two children. It is recommended to match the room with breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is really good.

The hotel's location is quite satisfactory. The entrance is facing the alley for shopping, with ice cream shops and various quirky trinket shops. It is very convenient to walk to the Flamingo Theater, and it is also close to the big supermarket in the mall, just around the corner.
The room is quite spacious, and comes with disposable slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The spa pool on the top floor has a good view, but the only drawback is that the pool is too small. The official pictures don't show the size of the pool. It may be that big in a conveniently located place, and it's good to have one. The piano in the lobby on the first floor performs from time to time, and the breakfast is also rich and tastes good.

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive from check-in and check-out to food and fun. I would like to thank Nico, Andres, Asiel, Alex (breakfast service) and the later cook for quickly preparing me a nice meal. In the end the hat was lost when he left. The beautiful pool manager helped me find it. The last handsome man quickly handed me the hat to eat at the restaurant.

The hotel has good facilities, spacious family rooms, good service, rich breakfast. In addition to the buffet, you can also order a set meal per person (included in the breakfast). The products are great, and the fried eggs with bread cubes (Figure 6) are very delicious. The location is in the old town, and there are many food and small shops around. However, it is still a distance to various attractions such as the Grand Palace. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk, and it costs about 8 euros to take a taxi.
