This hotel was overpriced when I booked it, the facilities were old, and the location was inconvenient. The front desk also gave me wrong directions for the bus stop, making us rush to a much further one to catch a bus to Ronda that day. On top of that, the room facilities were outdated, the toilet was terrible, and the room itself was tiny. The worst part was the service; it took almost half an hour to get slippers after several requests, and an iron never arrived. I ended up asking the cleaning staff directly on my way out. The hotel later explained that one call center supports two hotels, so the person answering the phone wasn't on-site – seriously, for a four-star hotel, do they really need to cut corners on phone lines? Absolutely terrible and speechless.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Is in a good location. Away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to places of interest. The room was spacious and they stock the minibar very well. Love their Rituals amenities!

approximately 5mins walk to Spain Square, easy find! Breakfast was really good, 5 minutes walk have groceries! But the parking quite expensive, around €25 a night.

The hotel is too eco-friendly; besides towels, there's nothing else. The duvet is a single layer, not a full insert, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep under. For a two-night stay, they only provided one bottle of water by default; I had to ask the front desk for the other two. The hotel's location is also quite average; it's a twenty-minute walk to the scenic spots, but very close to the Spanish Steps. There aren't many food options or shops nearby. I wouldn't choose this hotel again if I came back. It's not worth the price (but Trip.com's 'pay later' option is great, no issues with the platform itself).

Good hotel, decent location just right opposite of department store El Corte Ingles. Parking was quite narrow and rather tricky to navigate. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking of amenities expected from a 4 star hotel (no slippers, small bottle of water, no water kettle and no shower cap). Plenty of food option around the hotel. Overall pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel with a beautifully decorated lobby. The rooms are quite spacious, and breakfast is plentiful. It's also within walking distance of Plaza de España. Seville is a truly beautiful city.

Visited San Marco 3 years ago. Enjoyed so much, we decided to revisit when we returned to Seville. Sadly, it was nowhere near as good the second time around. Arrived 10 minutes early for a table booked for 8:30. Instead of offering us drinks and the menu, we were man handled out of the door and told that they were closed. As there wasn't anywhere around , we decided to wait until 8:30 and try again. We were showed to a table and given the menu. We decided on the tasting menu which had a choice of lamb or salmon for main course. When the waitress took the order We said that we would have the tasting menu and then proceeded to tell her that 2 of us would have the salmon and 1 would have the lamb. At that stage she forgot that we had ordered the tasting menu and just brought out the salmon and lamb. The bread brought to the table was stale and the whole meal was mediocre. When we asked if they could arrange a taxi for us they told us to go to the hotel next door. We ended up starting to walk back to our hotel, which would probably have taken us about 45 minutes. Fortunately, a taxi came along and we managed to flag him down. Needless to say, when we next visit Seville, we won't be returning to San Marco.
