approximately 5mins walk to Spain Square, easy find! Breakfast was really good, 5 minutes walk have groceries! But the parking quite expensive, around €25 a night.

The hotel is too eco-friendly; besides towels, there's nothing else. The duvet is a single layer, not a full insert, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep under. For a two-night stay, they only provided one bottle of water by default; I had to ask the front desk for the other two. The hotel's location is also quite average; it's a twenty-minute walk to the scenic spots, but very close to the Spanish Steps. There aren't many food options or shops nearby. I wouldn't choose this hotel again if I came back. It's not worth the price (but Trip.com's 'pay later' option is great, no issues with the platform itself).

Good hotel, decent location just right opposite of department store El Corte Ingles. Parking was quite narrow and rather tricky to navigate. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking of amenities expected from a 4 star hotel (no slippers, small bottle of water, no water kettle and no shower cap). Plenty of food option around the hotel. Overall pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel with a beautifully decorated lobby. The rooms are quite spacious, and breakfast is plentiful. It's also within walking distance of Plaza de España. Seville is a truly beautiful city.

Very close to Plaza de España. The room was spacious, and I loved that the toiletries were from Rituals' The Ritual of Jing collection. Breakfast was incredibly rich and even offered paper cups to go. Highly recommended!

Location: The hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps, and you can see them from your window. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral, but it was a bit exhausting walking back and forth due to the hot weather. The hotel pool looked amazing, but I was too tired every day to use it, which is a bit of a shame. The lobby sofas are super comfortable, and there's complimentary champagne 🍾 at the check-in desk, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the elevator was a bit rickety.
Cleanliness: It was relatively clean. On the first day, I noticed a minor issue with the coffee cup spoon, and the cleaning staff were very apologetic.
Service: The service was good. The housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic and actively resolved any issues. The front desk attendant who arranged my early check-in was very kind and thoughtful.

Excellent location, right behind Plaza de España, just a few seconds' walk to Plaza de España and Parque de María Luisa. The Alcázar and Cathedral are also within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is great, close to Seville's Plaza de España and within walking distance. However, the hotel's hygiene needs improvement (see photos). After I reported it to the hotel, they changed my room, but the new room type, facilities, and size were all inferior to the previous one, and I never even got an apology. In contrast, when I contacted Trip.com, their reaction was completely different. They immediately apologized (even though the hotel's issue had nothing to do with them) and promised to contact the hotel for an explanation, even though it was late at night in China. Over the next few days, Trip.com contacted the hotel multiple times, showing great responsibility and a willingness to help, which deserves praise 👍! Thumbs up for Trip.com!
