Had booked a three night stay at the hotel, but all of our plans were disrupted by the terrible train accident that halted all train traffic between Madrid and Seville.

As we could no longer reach Seville due to the interrupted train service, we had to change our vacation plans and cancelled our stay at the hotel.

Although we were cancelling due to what amounted to a national tragedy, the hotel refused to provide refund the hotel rooms or even as partial refund.

I can completely understand a hotel not refunding money if a traveller just changes their mind, but the fact the hotel refused to refund any money due to an issue outside of our control is shocking. It’s actually kind of disgusting that they are actually increasing the money they were going to make from our booking (didn’t have to pay cleaning staff, amenities, etc).

If booking with the hotel, all we can say is be careful and hope nothing outside your control happens.

The hotel is excellent, the service is very good. The location is also pleasant; we recommend it. However, if you like to sleep late, the hotel is very noisy in the morning due to the bus stop across the street.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. We were driving and the parking station was right across the road so that was very handy.
Short stroll into the centre with nice attractions on the way.

The room is slightly smaller than what I expected but it's clean. The front desk is friendly. The walking distance from hotel to Alcazar and Cathedral is only around 15 minutes. Crossing the main road to the bus stop.

worst hotel hotel with no wifi at all. What's worse is that they lie about having wifi. Different room from the picture A room that must be solved like a riddle to enter. A receptionist woman sitting on a chair and talking while making guests stand up

Very good rooms and beautiful hotel. Clean and have all the amenities, bathroom was big and spot on clean. We checked in late but the reception waited for us till 10.30pm for us for which I am very thankful.Easy to accessible city. Good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended

We booked for dinner and although they couldn't find our reservation they gave us a table anyway. We weren't allowed to order from the tapas menu because we were seated. This wasn't clear from anything we'd read. The food was very tasty and varied but service was slow

So, we arrived at around 6.15pm looking forward to the amazing food.I managed to order 2 dishes,but was told by the not so helpful barman that I couldn't order the rest until after 7pm no idea why. The 2 dishes we did get wasn't that great. Spinach and chic pea rather salty and only just warm, and the cod in tomato rather chewey.Glad we didn't order the rest as it turns out.

Great tapas. Great place for a good tapas dinner with friends and family. We ate in the bar area and stood for a late dinner. Service was typical Spanish but attentive and accommodating to my English (although worked better with my girlfriend speaking Spanish).

Great food. Had Iberian Ham, tomato and salmon salad, leg of lamb. All good - lamb was excellent. They chose wine and it was perfect. Service was good and attentive despite the fact place was busy. Lots of friendly locals and families.

Was told that this is the oldest restaurant in Seville. My wife and I wandered over after our siesta and discovered the place was slammed. Judging by the buzz it seemed typical. We were told that seating at tables was booked for the night, so we kept an eye out for a place to stand. Tapas don't really require a seat anyway. A waiter orchestrated the sharing of an already-occupied standing table (not something you see in the U.S. very much). We ordered a few simple sharing plates and were really not disappointed. Make sure to get the espinaca tapas! Skip the mussels as they were so tiny they're not worth the effort.
