Noches en Triana in Seville

What I experienced in this place was absurd, as I booked with the security of a hotel whose information provided allowed check-in until 00:00, but when I arrived at 11:15 pm, the doors were closed, there was a note on the door stating that check-in was closed. to 11pm, and even though the information was different from the reservation made on Trip.com, there was no one to tell me anything, in addition to there being no way to contact the accommodation, they didn't try to contact me, and they didn't give any satisfaction.
I stayed there in the early hours of the morning, locked outside, taking risks in the early hours of the morning, the area was deserted and I had nowhere to use the bathroom, nor did I have anywhere to sleep.
If it weren't for the prompt intervention of Teip.com, which immediately authorized me to look for another accommodation, even though I had to look for somewhere with 24-hour reception, with vacancy, and far away, I finally managed to lie down to sleep in another hotel at 2 am .
Thank you Trip.com for solving my problem and giving me my money back, but I don't know if I can trust you anymore.
Anyway, sad and disappointed, especially with the Noches hotel in Teiana, but grateful for the help received by the Trip.com team.
