On the second day of breakfast, we were asked to wait before being allowed into the restaurant, yet other guests continued to enter freely. When we questioned this, the staff stated that she could not control the situation. We requested to cancel breakfast and receive a refund but were refused. Only later were we finally able to have breakfast.
The hotel also advertised limited on-site parking; however, none was available upon arrival. Moreover, the front entrance is not accessible by car, and guests are required to use a nearby public parking garage.
In addition, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water boiler (electric kettle), which would have improved the overall stay.

Lovely space and very helpful staff. The roof hot tub balcony made our evenings at this place so magical.

Very nice room and updated bathroom. Courtyard was lovely. Charming location close to everything. Short 2 min walk to catch a taxi/uber, not an issue with luggage. Complimentary water bottles and coke.

Excellent listing and fantastic staff. Very clean room and hotel. Easy to walk or access public transit to dining and shops. The amenities were excellent. Well worth the price. Outstanding.

The hotel is in the middle of the Bario Sante Fay. It is only acessable by walking 2 blocks from the nearest road. The location is great! Just a few blocks from the catherdal and Aklazar. Many great resturanats and shops are just out the door. The breakfast buffet was just OK.

Very nice hotel that I will revisit in the near future.
Pros: Beauty, brains and a warm spirit ＞＞＞Nuria provided exceptional service and had patience with addressing our many questions (food/transportation arrangement/shopping etc) The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job with the facility. Walking distance to countless restaurants and bars. Great location positioned where you can visit most attractions.
Cons: waiting to be checked in, after traveling many hours is a wrong way to start anyone’s vacation. Please work on correcting that deficiency.
Shower door requires stronger rubbers on the bottom. Flooding the bathroom was unavoidable.
Outside of those 2 items, I truly enjoyed my stay and thank everyone on the staff for the hospitality.

Beautifully designed hotel indoors and extremely welcoming staff.
Hotel tucked away in the heart of Seville pool and outside space limited and surrounded by walls making it feel claustrophobic sadly.

Check in takes a long time and there was a problem with the room key which took a while to be rectified. Apart from that the room was great and the hotel is in a fabulous location.

If your a tourist please do not come and eat here owner is very rude , they confused our plates and came after to complain that we ate it . How are we supposed to know what our meal is? First time here ! Este lugar no sirve para nada la persona encargada tiene un actitude bien feo y la comida no sirve para nada te cobran por el estilo más que todo !

You can trust what I wrote. I will never ever visit this place again. I went to this place because I felt like having Ramen when I saw the picture of the Ramens which were outside of the restaurant. But when I tried to order it, they said they don't have it. Pretty ridiculous. FYI, They only have one type of Ramen. And I ordered Kyoza which was the worst Kyoza(5 pieces) of my life. It was the smallest and half full of air. (And it costs 5 euros. Genial!). If you are willing to get ripped off, this place is highly recommended. I give 1 stars because the servers were nice. But for the food I would definitely give none.

I am from Asia, of course Asia's people favourite mostly noodles soup. I was exited to find this restaurant closed to the hotel, how could I say. I never come back to this restaurant just because the soup wasn't taste, anyways hopefully they will cook by heart in the future.

The flamenco performance there was outstanding. They had male performers on at the time and the guy was really good at what he did. You could see from his every move that he was 110% in his own element.
Place itself is quite modest with long tables and cheap stools but i guess it gives it little bit of charm in a way.
Recommend this place for a visit if you are interested of some local culture.

It's not surprising that this place is recommended by all the guides. Here you can see flamenco for almost free. Of course it's full of tourists but it still an excellent place to discover flamenco at an affordable price. Come early if you want to have seats
