Room is big. However the service is terrible. We booked a room with parking and they didn't give us a heads up that the city centre will be blocked due to the procession. So we had to pay parking twice.
They also don't explain that without the room key the water doesn't work. Not intuitive. But the worse is that we intentionally booked a hotel with a gym, which is super dated and they only have one key which you have to collect from reception but if there are multiple people using it, it's not convenient.
The location is good but the unfriendliness of reception, the lack of explanation on how things work and inconvenience of the gym usage overshadowed it.

Very central location with many cafes, bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Most landmarks are within walking distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they recommended this restaurant for roasted lamb, it was excellent. "Asador de Aranda" it's 400 meters from the hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of everything
10 minute walk to the catedral del Pilar and El Tubo. Very friendly staff and great fresh breakfast. Will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Zaragoza

Great location
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's right in the middle of everything. It is not a 4-star hotel however. The bathroom, although clean and tidy is dated. The tub and its taps/faucet are decades old. The bed was uncomfortable; small, barely a double and the mattress felt wider than the base or box spring. Nothing special about this hotel which is unfortunate in that we spent 3 nights here at the end of a 16 night trip and had expected it to be the nicest hotel on our trip, being rated 4-star, which it is not.

This is definetely not a 4 stars hotel, terrible insulation for noise and fresh air. Límited choice for breakfast and the service are unpolite and rude. Gym is open at 8am when normally people get out for work. Terrible experience only the reception people deserve a 5 star evaluation for their kidness and support!

We weren't sure where to stay in zaragoza but the hotel was very convenient.to things that we wanted to do.the best gym we encountered on our trip.

Hotel is within walking distance to all or most of the site seeing area. Parking is not in the hotel but offsite that they recommend going, reasonable price but not unlimited entry/exit. IF your staing for just the day and night stay its worth it as the all tourist site are within walking distance. However window is pacing the service courtyard or back alley. not much view. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

The room is a bit small, far from the 4 stars in China, but it is convenient. It is in the city center, with Aragon Square and the Palais des Anglais shopping mall downstairs. There are also many restaurants downstairs, with an average price of 10-20 euros per person, and coffee shops are generally 2-3 euros. It’s a 15-minute walk to Pilar Square and a 10-minute walk to Roman Forum. There are clothing and cosmetics shops on the road~
