We booked a two-night stay but ended up staying only one night. The booking was made for our wedding, and the hotel was informed, so we had certain expectations.
We reserved a Junior Suite, and at that time this was one of the most expensive hotels in Gijón. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price.
The arrival experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly, and when I politely asked about the possibility of a nice special suit, he responded contemptuously that he was “not selling the view.” This felt rude and unprofessional, especially given the occasion. In reality, there are only two suites in the hotel that actually look like the photos online.
The room lighting was another major issue. Although it may appear “stylish” in pictures, in reality it is very poor—making it almost impossible for her to do makeup or for him to shave. The room felt dark and uncomfortable rather than relaxing.
Because of these issues, we did not feel welcomed and chose not to continue our stay. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted us in canceling the second night and refunding that night.

Nice large room. Well designed bathroom(s), with a separate Toilet Room.lots of windows, though view is limited.

Beautiful hotel , close to everything, very clean and accessible. Front desk staff was amazing specially Pedro , with all the recommendations on what to do and where to eat . Great stay for sure !

Really nice hotel just on the edge of central Gijon. Everything easily walkable. Rooms to a very high standard (if somewhat moodily lit, but that is the style) and junior suite was particualrly good value and well appointed. Breakfast high quality continental with deicious fresh juices. Very nice bar with super comfy seats, great chilled atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved it. Would stay again.

Hotel with modern rooms, surrounded by other buildings, so no panoramic view. Paid public parking nearby. Spacious rooms with a modern design, but the colors and lighting are a bit gloomy, as the curtains can't be opened because the windows face directly into the adjacent building. The bathroom lacks a bidet. Cleanliness is good, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's also no refrigerator. Close to the pedestrian area with plenty of shops and the San Lorenzo promenade and beach. There's another beach very close by.
