Hotel Rural Mirador de Deva in Gijon

Very bad experience. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews found on the web, but we found a very different situation, an old, dusty structure, full of insects and with a terrible smell in the room. We brought this to the attention of the owner who not only denied the evidence, but with a presumptuous air said that my house was certainly worse kept. We abandoned the structure, losing the amount of the following night, already paid, which the property did not intend to refund.

Before booking we called to clarify several doubts we had about our pet and its stay in the accommodation, one of them was if the dog could stay alone in the room while we went to lunch or dinner for example (I mention that we took the dog to almost all the places but there are places that are not allowed and you have no choice but to leave it at home) well, over the phone they offered us all the facilities in the world for us and for the dog on several occasions they told us that the dog can be left alone in the room without a problem while we went out to dinner, so we booked for a whole weekend, once we arrived at the hotel, surprise! They told us that under no circumstances could the dog be left alone in the room, I remind them that we had already talked about it on the phone before the reservation and that he had said yes on several occasions, which is why I proceeded with the reservation. In short: REGRETTABLE! The treatment on the phone until you make the reservation is very good but then there are all surprises, but unpleasant surprises. The room and services were quite average and very poor cleaning...
