We stayed one night while walking the Caimino del Norte. The hotel was excellent. We had a large room with a balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I'd say that three stars could be better for this price. The position is really good, but a lack of ventilation, sound isolation and at least a small refrigerator spoiled a bit. Bathroom and breakfasts are not ideal also but more-or-less satisfying. Personnel was friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning or fan, very hot in the room, cracked wood floor, spider webs on a lampshade, the hallway stinks, you can hear the noise from the street.

The service provided by the hotel staff has been "EXEMPLARY." The facilities are outdated and in need of a major remodel and update. I know this, as does everyone who visits the hotel, and the new owners do too. Cleanliness is the best they can manage given the state of the establishment. The location is unbeatable, but if the update isn't carried out, this hotel will soon suffer the same fate as another...

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the center and San Lorenzo beach. Beautiful views of Begoña Promenade. Very basic breakfast. A highlight is the vending machine with free hot drinks for guests.

Front desk staff inefficient-watched me, an 82 year old man drag our luggage up 5-6 steps from driveway to check in. 2 staff at desk, no traffic at counter. Room service was awful.

We spent two nights here. The minibar was not restocked. The dirty cups were not replaced. We had to ask reception for clean mugs for our tea on the second night. Hard to believe this is a four star hotel.

The hotel, location and rooms are excellent for the price. I was disappointed with the breakfast, mainly continental. There was pre cooked bacon and eggs which was a let down. Bacon undercooked and fried eggs over cooked and dry.

I think this hotel deserves 4/5 stars. We got a newly renovated room, bed was 3,5/5, pillow was very good. Nice big windows. We had to sleep with the window open because a/c was only producing a very hot air, so we had ir turned off. Breakfast was diverse (only missing veggies) and very tasty. Location near the beach and boardwalk. Lovely.

It's definitely worth the value. We stayed for just one night to explore Oviedo, but we truly enjoyed it. Comfortable hotel and friendly/helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean but we found it a little too warm. The hotel could do with an update as the decor is a bit outdated. This hotel in the pictures and on the website actually doesn't do it justice - they totally should do an overhaul of their marketing. I arrived not expecting a ton (apart from it being in a good location). And actually.. it really was pretty nice!! It's really clean, fresh, up to date and the building is large. Had a peaceful sleep and got more from the price than I was anticipating - recommend.

Great base for Oviedo. Walk to everything. The hotel has some character and history. Nice room in the end (first room we were assigned was not so great - v noisy aircon). Helpful staff. Breakfast was an optional extra - coffee was fine but the other offerings varied a bit in quality and choice and depth, some days ok others a bit meh.

Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral, the archaeology museum, the art museum and food restaurants. Service is perfect. To a one, employees are happy to be working there and help guests with everything. This hotel is very well located but because of the location we got no sleep because of the noise. It was Saturday night so maybe that didn’t help. There was no working air conditioning and it was very hot in the room but too noisy outside to sleep with the windows open. There was no safe or kettle in the room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was over the bath . Breakfast was buffet style...

The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning in the room was very good. The worst thing was the temperature of the room that seemed like a sauna, we had to sleep with the windows half open. We were disappointedly told that the temperature was the same for everyone and that it could not be changed. For the rest of ten and a very friendly staff.

Good 4* hotel in the center of Oviedo. Tastefully remodeled rooms, although maintenance could be a little better. It would be enough to fix the small defects to give a better image. Otherwise, they are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is only open for events. Very complete buffet breakfast. Parking with chargers for electric cars.

It is very sad to write that a 4 star hotel have no bar , poor quality break fast and after half night the shutdown the room Air-conditioning system in hot summer!

The central location was a big plus but the hotel lacked any character or style. The room was spacious and clean but lacked amenities such as a safe and we were awoken by street noise from hotel guests smoking outside. Paper cups and basic toiletries provided were not 4 star standard, although the price was reasonable. We were happy over all because of the central location and cleanliness.

It's not a bad place but when you specify on booking or agoda a queen bed room, and that you get a room with 2 small separated beds, your girlfriend get upset for sure ! Don't know who to blame but the girl at reception was not really cooperative.

This is a nice hotel in the heart of town, close to a large, beautiful park and many options for dining and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. One nit: our room had a step leading to the bathroom, and the bathtub was very slippery when showering, despite having a few grooves built into the porcelain.

Excellent position Hotel, is not accessible by car, but a car park is available 2 mins away, and the hotel arranges a very good rate. Brilliant choice in Oviedo Really good location, a stone's throw of the Cathedral and walking distance to everything. The hotel overall seemed a little dated but it was well kept and the junior suite was a good size, airy and comfortable, though it was quite overlooked by multiple adjacent buildings. Downside was that we could not get the room to cool down, the internet was off and on constantly, and the breakfast room was down a flight of stairs. We had a great stay at Hotel Zentral Ramiro I Oviedo. The room was clean and comfy, with a nice window view of the street. Location is good, and the parking garage next door is super handy and affordable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only small downsides: no coffee or tea maker in the room, no cups, and no hooks in the bathroom to hang things. We also only got two glasses, and no tea cups...

Really nice hotel in a perfect location near the beach and the old town. It’s a 10 minute way to the “Calle la Corrida” that it’s full of stores and restaurants. The rooms are big and confortable, some even have a full size jacuzzi. Just a comment based on a mistake I made: the hotel does not have a parking. There is a public parking 8 minutes walking from the hotel.

We really liked the hotel. The location was great. They need more rooms with showers. We asked if they could give us the only room with a shower, but they gave us one. We booked without breakfast because it seems too expensive at 12 euros per person per night. I would put a mirror in the room. There aren't any. And there's enough wall space to put one. Otherwise, I would definitely return.

Surprisingly disappointing for an AC Marriott. Found ants all over the bed — worse than some 3-star hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s hard to understand why no pest control has been done. After this experience, I won’t be booking AC hotels again

We used this hotel as a stopover while driving to Portugal so it was conveniently located shortly off the highway. It was clean, staff were helpful. Check in was easy. Food was good.

It was a good stay. Clean rooms, basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, clean towels. Located close to the highway. All reception staff spoke enough English to communicate with us. Will stay again if I’m in the area. The front parking lot is free. They have a rear, gated parking lot with enough stalls and an underground lot with few stalls and 4 electric vehicles stalls...

We stayed for one night before driving to Santander for our ferry to Portsmouth. The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. We were disappointed at the late opening of the restaurant in the evenings. We personally prefer to eat at 7pm and the restaurant opens at 8.30pm. We had an early start the following morning at 6.30am.

Be sure to request a room with a sea view for the full experience. Our breakfast offered an excellent selection, an attentive waiting staff were always on hand to help or offer cooked dishes. They also serve as knowledgeable concierges, gladly sharing tips on the most important sights you won’t want to miss. Their dedication and professionalism ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the sea, and you can walk to the beach. The beach in Gijón is very fine, and many people are playing on the beach. There are public parking spaces on the roadside next to the hotel, which are quite sufficient. You can see the sea from the hotel window, which is very comfortable.
