The room was confortable and the staff was great.

Hotel was ok. There is parking, 3 floors , let us say you have to drive down to reception, apart from this the hotel is good. Easy to walk to the old town.

Nice quiet hotel easy to reach at the ring of Oviedo. You can stop in front of the door to do the check in. The hotel has it's own inside parking. The service is good, the bedrooms are large and clean. From the hotel you can walk in 5 minutes to the very nice old city center.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Santander and the ferry home. The check in process was very quick and the staff very informative about how to get to the old town and areas of interest. Gijon is a great area to visit , the Parador has an excellent location, charming staff and wonderful food.

What you’d expect from a parador, lovely old building, comfortable rooms & good food. Very handy if you are attending a football match, stadium is around 100m away but there is no noise intrusion. Food in restaurant was excellent.

set in an old mill, next to the extensive park, it is a quiet and beautiful place. Friendly staff and good size room. It is not in a center, but one can either walk along the beach or take a bus

It was difficult to know where to park upon arrival, but there was garage parking available if no places on street. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hot drinks available, for minimal cost in reception. Ok walk to centre and beaches, and a very nice bar cafe serving good burgers on the corner south of the hotel.

Well worth a stay Quite an old hotel but in a great location, very close to the train and bus stations. Quiet room with everything that was needed. The cafe below was very good for breakfast and the menu del dia. All the sites of Oviedo are within easy walking distance.

Ok for the money Ok for the price and a short visit. No frills. Location is good but noisy at night. Room felt cold. Heaters were cold and temps dipped to 5 at night. Shower was good with plenty hot water. No ramp to bring luggage into check in area.

Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using...

Room was very good. Worst thing was the views from the window and the old handlers in the restroom. Some day someone will fall in the bath. Very nice locatiom and very helpful staff.

Didn't stay here, but stop and get the menu of the day. Tons of food, so share with someone and eat family style. Comes with wine, bread, water and dessert. Come hungry.

The building is old but very clean staff are friendly mainly Spanish speaking only. Location is very good for bars, restaurants and promenade. Issued with key and card on arrival. This is a very typical low cost family hotel.

Very hard-working service attitude. Although the breakfast style is not familiar to me, it is very good. It deserves a thumbs up.

WiFi reception intermittent Bathroom - Shower head clamp broken; jacuzzi bath difficult to get in, a walk in shower would be more practical. Breakfast - Inbalance between 6€ small breakfast and 10€ big breakfast in term of choice and value for money. Didn't like that both guests in a room had to choose same size breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be nice.

A very cozy hotel with exquisite service. Total peace and quiet. And excellent breakfasts. We felt very comfortable. When we return to Oviedo, we will definitely repeat. Thanks to all the staff who made this possible.

I stayed with my husband and kids this weekend and it was fantastic. We've been staying in a triple room since the peque was 4 and everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, no annoying noise, the bathtub had a whirlpool system, to say the least, I'm not entirely sure why, but when I went to shower in the morning, the water pressure in the shower ran out, but other than that, everything...

We nice and comfortable hotel.., clean.., and close to the Gijón harbor.., everything one can ask for as i make my way back after completing my Camino del Norte and retracing my steps in a leisurely manner.,

Very nice location and polite staff. The room was a good size, wifi was fast and the price was also very good. I found the bed to be comfortable and it had a memory foam topper. Overall great experience and would recommend!! (My only critic is maybe they should put a trashcan in the room because there was only a small trashcan in the bathroom.)

It’s a very nice Hotel, central very well appointed with good reception staff. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, noises and conversations can be heard from the next room, without any effort. If you wanted an early night, that wasn’t possible.

We stayed in Oviedo at Longoria hotel for three nights. It is located in a busy shopping area, and within minutes walk from the old city, key dining areas and the bus station. I can not comment about the breakfast, since we mainly ate outside. The hotel has good quality mattresses guaranteeing deep sleep. it was cleaned daily. The hotel is very centrally located near the shopping street and all the sights. The rooms were simple but fine and very clean. At reception, we were even spoken to in German (well, half-German, but okay). The hotel advertises that you can park in the nearby parking garage using the APK Parking app, and that you can also get a discount from the hotel. Good sized room, very clean. Front of house staff very helpful. Parking is in an undergound car park 5 mins away. You get a discount with a ticket provided by the hotel. 2 nights €23 @ discounted price. Get the address for the car park, or else you will go round in circles. Don't use the hotel address. Breakfast is good. No 'cooked' but more than enough. Very covienent for town sightseeing.

Philippe made our stay perfect! He is an excellent communicator in Spanish and has a good understanding of English as well. Philippe went out of his way to help us solve a lost luggage problem. We enjoyed our stay (twice) and we will return to Duerming Longoria Plaza.

Nice, clean and good located in the centre. Parking discount close to the hotel (11 euro per day). Big room and big bathroom. Traveling with baby, allow you to bring praim in the room without problem because enough space.

Strangely no amenities, had to ask if you want even toothbrush or the usual little things in the bathroom but the office is across the street in the other hotel. Also had to ask for blankets, and no dresser or shelves for clothing

We had a lovely stay here. Room was modern and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better to walk to all the sights. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, too. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel meets the standards for the price. Oddly enough, we left our luggage at reception earlier, and when we returned, my backpack was completely open. To be clear, nothing was lost, but regardless, someone opened it.

The room was very poor overall, with a sink in the room itself, and the shower and toilet were in tiny plastic cubicles. The TV didn't work. The electricity went out at 2:45 AM and never came back on. There was only one towel for a reservation of two people. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

It's a bit far from the long-distance bus station, and dragging luggage up and down the hill was tiring. The room was fairly clean and hygienic, and the price wasn't expensive. Luggage storage was available after check-out. It's within walking distance of nearby attractions, which is quite convenient.

For the price, it's fine. The rooms aren't very big, and it's unusual that the sink and shower are integrated into the room rather than the bathroom. The service was very friendly, and we found everything to be in good condition. Although it's not right in the center of Oviedo, you can get there in just 15 minutes on foot.

i booked the single bed room. it's quite small but sufficient if you sre staying for one night like it was my case and there wasnt any noise from the outside as the view is on an empty street. however the walls are very thin, so if the neighbors are nosy you are out of luck. note: there isnt any physical reception after 18h, so if you srrive there make sure to ring and it will connect you with someone...

I got pretty bad mosquito bites at this hotel. The hotel is very basic so it has no AC. I left the window open overnight to sleep, and I was bitten a few times. The treatment by the staff has been great. The only drawbacks that would be the heat in the room, the noise heard from the street and other rooms, and the brightness that comes between the curtains. If you don't like clarity, you need a mask yes or yes

Great location The room is well decorated, but small - we had hard time to place our luggage during our stay. The breakfast is pretty good and worth the price. The location is another positive point. My only observation is that they turn off the AC at night. The week we were there in October the temperature at night was around 60°F (15°C) and we woke up at night sweating thinking the AC was broken...

Fantastic hotel, I will definitely stay again if I pass this way. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good there was plenty of it. Prices very reasonable. I parked my motorcycle in the street no problem. Lots of restaurants nearby, lovely walks along the seafront. We have spent the night in this hotel, the location is quite far from the center. The hotel is old but well maintained. The only problem is that the rooms were very hot and we couldn't lower the air temperature. Otherwise everything is great

Ideal to be close to the institute. We went with two children and they prepared a double room for us with a sofa bed. Correct. Breakfast is on your own in the cafeteria, by the way, very friendly waitress.

I don't understand the bad opinions. The price is according to what it has and offers. Don't expect to pay little and have a jacuzzi. Basic hotel, with a corresponding price, perhaps its official price is a little high. If I stay in Oviedo again, I will definitely repeat.

Your very own mansion in this amazing space! The house holds so much history, but importantly how the rooms are updated with modern amenities for your comfort. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the train station and bus station, and about 10 minutes to the city center. The soundproofing is not very good. There is a family living upstairs and there are children who run around all the time during the day.
