Parking is on the street or you have to go to a parking lot and pay. Washroom needed updating. Everything else was good.

Great Value comfort Top place. I had a triple room to myself. Quiet. Comfortable and close to some good bars. Quite a walk to the beach and Old Town but Gijón bike's make it a cinch. Only possi le downside is that they have no air con.

Clean room, great location with a nearby car park, nice shower, good bed.

Great location The room is well decorated, but small - we had hard time to place our luggage during our stay. The breakfast is pretty good and worth the price. The location is another positive point. My only observation is that they turn off the AC at night. The week we were there in October the temperature at night was around 60°F (15°C) and we woke up at night sweating thinking the AC was broken...

Very central location,easy walk to bars, restaurants and the old town. Parking an issue so I parked 800m away in a 5 Euro per day outdoor carpark instead of 15 Euro/day closer one recommended by the hotel.our room faced the back with no view except apartments behind.ask for front facing

Fantastic hotel, I will definitely stay again if I pass this way. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good there was plenty of it. Prices very reasonable. I parked my motorcycle in the street no problem. Lots of restaurants nearby, lovely walks along the seafront. Many thanks to all the staff.

We have spent the night in this hotel, the location is quite far from the center. The hotel is old but well maintained. The only problem is that the rooms were very hot and we couldn't lower the air temperature. Otherwise everything is great

Easy to park in the area, although somewhat far from the center. The room, a 9.5. Everything perfect, clean and with details, normal in previous hotels. Unbeatable price quality. Apart from having a bidet, it has a minibar, glasses, gel dispensers, hairdryer... as I say, the normal things that were offered before, but that have been lost. Preserves its essence, a great option in Oviedo

Ideal to be close to the institute. We went with two children and they prepared a double room for us with a sofa bed. Correct. Breakfast is on your own in the cafeteria, by the way, very friendly waitress.

I don't understand the bad opinions. The price is according to what it has and offers. Don't expect to pay little and have a jacuzzi. Basic hotel, with a corresponding price, perhaps its official price is a little high. If I stay in Oviedo again, I will definitely repeat.

Be careful with the air conditioning if you're traveling in the middle of summer. Good hotel for it's price. Nice location: everything is near . Poor soundproofing, so you can hear your neighbors and the street. Keep this in mind if you have trouble sleeping. But overall I recommend the hotel

It is located in the center of the old city, convenient to the beach and downtown restaurants. There is a convenience store downstairs with everything. It is a very convenient hotel choice

The ambience, the decor, the history of the house were fascinating. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was basic, all cold, but very good and fresh. The grounds were beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the quiet.

Your very own mansion in this amazing space! The house holds so much history, but importantly how the rooms are updated with modern amenities for your comfort. We had a short stay but also one of the best. Beautiful, cosy and paired with excellent service. Super peaceful sorrounding. Perfect for those looking a more quiet and slow spot outside a Gijon.

I love the place. Great atmosphere. Very friendly personnel. I can not come up with anything to complain. Good bed, super bathroom and the breakfast is great. Great place if you have kids since the area is fenced in and the gate is locked. I recommend sincerely.

The staff were wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Beach, shopping, stores, laundry facility, etc. all within walking distance (2-15 minutes). I look forward to my next visit!

The staff was very helpful making great recommendations for Asturian food and sidre. The hotel was close to the beach and sites in Gijoʻn.

Large rooms, great atmosphere, only 2 blocks to the beach. Front desk staff recommended two wonderful restaurants just minutes from the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Hotel in the heart of City centre, at 100 mt. from San Lorenzo Beach. The receptionist Carlota was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and modernly decorated, with all you need for a flawless stay. I'll definitely will be back!

The photos make it seem a bit nicer than it really is. Our view from our room was of a wall. There is no restaurant or food. We were told there would be coffee but when we were at the front desk at 8:30am there wasn't anything. It's not a bad place to stay, but it wasn't what was expected. The location is great as there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Pet friendly.

Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.

Impressed This was a budget pet friendly hotel and we were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and very comfortable. Location was fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel comfortable, clean and easy to find. 10 minutes walk from bus and train station. Central location was across from beautiful park. Friendly staff. Just losing a star as room was quiet small very comfortable massive bed tho. No tea or coffee facilities. No fridge. Would recommend a good price for ideal area. Would stay again.

We loved everything! The hospitality was absolutely incredible, like we were staying with family. Our room was wonderful; even better than the photos! Comfy bed, high quality sheets and mattress. A small but luxurious and stylish hotel in a quiet village. Extremely comfortable and immaculately clean, with personal service. Breakfast is to die for, all home cooked, with fresh juices, an array of cooked, cold, savoury, sweet dishes all served at your table.

It's a lovely green area on the outskirts of Gijón. The rural hotel is quite well-maintained, and Teresa, the owner, is a treasure trove of wisdom. Breakfasts are simple but offer a good selection. They also have sheep that you can visit.

Teresa is exceptional and attentive. The place is in a beautiful area surrounded by nature with incredible views. It's peaceful and very welcoming. It's only a 10-minute drive from Gijón. Magnificent rural hotel on the outskirts of Gijón, near the Universidad Laboral and the botanical garden. We stayed for two people and a dog. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was very clean. We had breakfast on the terrace, all homemade and with spectacular views of Gijón. The owner was very friendly.

Fantastic rural hotel in Deva, a parish of Gijón. They allow dogs, although they can't be left alone in the rooms—very few places allow this. Rural house in a privileged location, with a view towards Gijón and in a quiet and easily accessible area with parking at the door. Just 10 minutes from Gijón. The room is very spacious, we have never been in such a large room, everything clean, large television, large bathroom. The super complete breakfast for two people included 6 pieces of toast, plenty of butter, 3 types of homemade jams, coffee...

It was difficult to know where to park upon arrival, but there was garage parking available if no places on street. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hot drinks available, for minimal cost in reception. Ok walk to centre and beaches, and a very nice bar cafe serving good burgers on the corner south of the hotel.

it's fine for a night. parking is a bit of a nightmare and they don't make it easy or suggest places to park either.

Well worth a stay Quite an old hotel but in a great location, very close to the train and bus stations. Quiet room with everything that was needed. The cafe below was very good for breakfast and the menu del dia. All the sites of Oviedo are within easy walking distance.

Ok for the money Ok for the price and a short visit. No frills. Location is good but noisy at night. Room felt cold. Heaters were cold and temps dipped to 5 at night. Shower was good with plenty hot water. No ramp to bring luggage into check in area.

Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using...

Top class! Lovely staff, brilliant location, fab jacuzzi bath!

Economy Room comfortable enough for a few days. It lacked a bit of intimacy in the structure (shower transparent and put right in front of the room). There is no sound proof elements for the noise outside. Since the system obliges to slam the door everytime someone enters, it is really inconvenient as the four doors are all next to each other. Some people with bad manners were also talking loudly...

No real nightstand in my room, which I like to have for a portable fan for noise/airflow. Shower was awful. Wifi didn't work for me at all.

The location is superb, a very prestigious neighbourhood that is close to everywhere! The staff are very kind, friendly and superb. The shower is perfect, Wifi quality is better than you expect and TV has a lot of entertaining channels. You can call it home!

Lovely central hotel at a great price. Clean and tidy rooms with very nice owners,the street outside is fairly busy through the night but the windows close and dampen the noise. No complaints.

Great location near the old town as well as the more modern downtown area, and the city park is only a few blocks away. The concierge and waitresses were extremely pleasant and kind to my dog and I. The rooms are a bit dated, but they aren't too bad at all for the price. They were clean and sanitary.

Very nice location and polite staff. The room was a good size, wifi was fast and the price was also very good. I found the bed to be comfortable and it had a memory foam topper. Overall great experience and would recommend!! (My only critic is maybe they should put a trashcan in the room because there was only a small trashcan in the bathroom.)

It’s just a basic hotel. Nothing fancy about it. You get what you pay for. It has a good location for an overnight layover .

Very close to the train station, is exactly what we were looking for!

It's five to ten min away from the center/train station. There's 24 hours reception. It's right on Camino del Norte. The room is pretty good by pilgrim. There's air conditioning. Water does drain from the bathtub during shower. Functional wifi.

It’s a very nice Hotel, central very well appointed with good reception staff. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, noises and conversations can be heard from the next room, without any effort. If you wanted an early night, that wasn’t possible.

Place was small but clean & comfortable, the manager was very nice and helpful. More of a pension than a full hotel but just what we wanted in a good location.

The hostess was a wonderful person and the historic hotel in historic centro Gijon had several great opportunities that we appreciated. My only negative comment is about the bed we slept in. It is very old and needs to be replaced.

The room was NOT clean. There were hairs on the bathtub, and everything was covered in dust. There was some dirt and mold on the bath sink and bathtub. I was supposed to be in a non smoker room, but the bathroom was stinking so bad that I have to close the door, and couldnt leave any personal item there.

My partner & I were really pleased with the very friendly welcome, check-in & check-out by Maria-Luisa. We had a nice room, which was great value for money, and faced a pretty alley. This was quieter than the stay would have been if we'd been in a room facing the main square, which is bubbly and very social and where a cool beer or good food awaits.

The hotel is ok and staff are somewhat friendly. The location is close to the Cathedral but I would look for other hotels in the future.

Simple and clean hotel in Gijon city center with friendly staff. I was visiting friends in the city, so just needed a place to sleep and shower. This hotel was perfect for my weekend visit. Room was simple but large. Room was a little tired, but everything was clean.

Fantastic and such friendly customer service! They helped me endlessly with printing of s document, had s beautiful and modern interior and absolutely wonderful people working the front desk and bar. Super helpful and kind!

Very good accommodation pretty close to San Lorenzo beach. Rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice. Just 20 min walking from Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended. Breakfast is not too special but good enough.

It's a nice place to spend the night near the beach for ~80€/night. It located on a pretty crowded place but owns a private parking for clients; that's a plus. Also, you can choose between many pillows an pick for your room the one it fits best to you. It's the first time I have seen this, and I appreciated this little detail.
