I stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.

On August 9th, 2025, I was forced to share a room with a fellow guest who was clearly under the influence of alcohol and *****. He urinated in a wastebasket right in front of me and displayed aggressive behavior. The hostel's only response was to remove the wastebasket, leave the man in the room, and tell me to leave – at 11 PM, with absolutely no alternative provided. I ended up spending the night in a chair. The safety and hygiene standards here are completely unacceptable.

Acceptable for a one-night stay.

We booked this hotel for one night. Unfortunately, the room did not have a private toilet and shower as advertised, and there was no access to a kitchen either. It was also quite noisy due to its proximity to the highway and the communal showers. On the positive side, it offered a very beautiful view of Bilbao.

1. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they did nothing to fix it.
2. An emergency alarm went off, waking the entire building from 3 to 3:30 a.m.
3. Too many children running around at all hours; you could hear them running in the room above. They were very noisy and disrespectful.
4. The location was far from the center.
5. The bathrooms outside the building were not very clean.

Get your towel for 3.5eur) It's very clean and nice especially if you are not at the full packed room. Even at Final LE it looked empty, haha. But all the rooms were purchased. It takes time to get the city and back, hostel locates up on the hill. Big canteen with breakfast included: you may have your bun, pack if jam and butter, cocoa or coffee cup, orange juice and corn with milk.

I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages and beans would’ve been great too
