Great hotel right in the center of Bilbao. The museums are about a 10-minute walk away, the historical center is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A bit pricey, but you can get a good deal if you’re flexible

Great breakfast with many choices of food & very comfortable atmosphere. All hotel staff provide very good & professional services, especially the reception & the technical staff. The lobby lounge “EL Hall” is excellent, we were there everyday.

My stay in Decembre 2024 was just as wonderful as it was awful. The lobby the rooms and the whole interieur is very beautiful and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even helped carry our luggage to the room. They provided excellent service in English. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It has very good location that’s close to most attraction points. Staff were very helpful and supportive. parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive.

The hotel located on a hill that it’s easy to walk down to the old town,but it’s better if you go back by bus. The gym is well equipped,you can really have a nice workout.

I believe this is one of the best hotels in Bilbao. The rooms are big and clean. I reckon most rooms get a view of the Nervion river. The breakfast is varied. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, if a little spartan, with the most enormous bed we've ever seen! The staff were friendly and diligent and the breakfasts were excellent. The room is large and clean. Location is fine, close to a metro station. If you arrive with luggage, I’d recommend taking metro instead of bus.

I don’t recommend this hotel since you have to pay 20€ per person for using inside pool, 😑 and although the weather is quite warm on October more than 26C, the outside pool was closed. the room floor was damaged and has a laud sound when you walked. It is located in the middle of downtown Bilbao, within walking distance of almost everything you want to do or see around town. It is very modern, with a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant and, at night, a coffee shop and bar with an outside garden. The rooms are very nice and well-decorated.

It is in the heart of the city and near to main station in Bilbao. You will get public transport in a walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. 15mins away from Airport. For Breakfast they have vegan options too. Good service and polite staff.

A lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. Service isn't as good as other places. Phones take forever to answer. The WiFi is beyond bad, not a place for business or anything remote. Had to abandon several Teams calls and start using my phone's hotspot (pretty unacceptable since the pandemic).

The hotel is conveniently located right above the Bilbao bus station, making airport access incredibly easy. It's a great location, with Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Location is great, easy access to the bus station where you can find buses to San Sebastián, Santander and airport. Also the hotel is close to the stadium. Room is large and clean but we were running out of shampoo on the first date. It seems that they didn’t refill the shampoo before we checkin. I probably would not stay there again, very overpriced hotel with low service level, the lady literally throw the plate with the omelette on my table during breakfast and no word, nobody ever asked how was my stay zero basic service elements. When I collected my bags from them , the bag was dity. :(

Amazing place in the city center. We were lucky to get an upgrade to the top floor so we had a great view from a very spacious room Stuff was extremely helpful in e.g. extending our stay (thanks, Roberto!) Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Great breakfast, too!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Hotel Hesperia Bilbao is a good city hotel — not fancy, but comfortable and with a decent location that makes it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, which gave a great first impression. The only downside was that the person behind the bar could have been as friendly as the reception team. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice for a city break.

We were there for one night. The reception lady was not at all friendly. The cards they gave for the room didn’t work and I had to keep going to the reception to change the cards. The room size was good but views were not. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend for a long stay.

We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

The hotel gives us a room with a very small window with no construction view, but it is still acceptable. It is close to metro and city center, so the location is quite good. Rooms are outdated and the beds are hard; it's not the cleanest place either. The shower floor seems to slope upward, and the drain is slow, so there was a bit of water on the floor after using it. We're on the third floor and the WiFi is spotty. We booked this room months ago so we got a good rate, but it definitely doesn't feel like a four star hotel, even though there is a Michelin restaurant on...

Not really a 4-star hotel in my opinion. Receptionist who greeted us wasn't really friendly, the room could be cleaner (hair on the floor and in the bathroom). Beds were super uncomfortable, although this is a very individual thing. Location was great.

I've always liked Ibis hotels and this one was nice again. The hotel is located close to everything; shopping, dining, cultural sites. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very helpful and courteous. We checked in early without problems. They serve a nice breakfast for an additional 11 euros per person. Decently priced as well.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The room was very well kept, with a nice balcony and all the necessary amenities. As said, the breakfast was full of good options, freshly squeezed orange juice, 5 fruit options, lots of different granolas, pancakes and eggs on a station. It was my second stay with this hotel. This time, the coffee machine was out of order ( they said they will fix it next day )and the scale was also not working which was not fixed even in next day. Floor towel was missing when checked in in the first day. Ali, the staff who was always very helpful, sent to the room swiftly.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel because of the servuce, quality, value and location. The desk staff has always been helpful if I ever have issues. (This visit they helped me with a communucation concern at the near by parking garage). The breakfast is plentiful and great value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
