basic room was disappointing
The hotel is in a great location. There is a beautiful park nearby. The Guggenheim Museum and Old Town are within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area with wonderful Pintxos.
On the down side wifi was spotty. I like to watch international news, but broadcasting was spotty.

It should really be zero, food was disappointing to say the least. Waiters are there to trick you and not to help....2 breads for 4 Euros, takes the mickey. 10% I.V.A tip that you can't say no to, is like letting someone piss on the floor of your home and patting them on the back for a good job.. Scam, Scam, Scam....Avoid, Avoid, Avoid...Massive ripoff, might as we go to Mcdonalds instead (we did after this diabolical place)...Waste of money....Come for the wine and nothing else....
