Right in the middle of the old town. Easy to find. On the 3rd floor so away from the bustle of the street. Has an elevator. No air con but has a fan. Great staff.

It was bit difficult to find the hotel while driving ,however it's better to park the car first in parking arenal (to extreme left if possible) then take the lift to come up. From there it's a walk for 5-7 minutes to hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Room was clean and there was a common room with microwave, cups,plates,cutlery,kettle and vending machine.
It was noisy at nite even after doors and windows being shut. I could hear everything on the road and what happening in my next room as wall are very thin. I could not sleep. I would not come back just because of the noise other wise I would have.

Staff was helpful, and location was excellent. The common area is small and out of the way.
Our room was clean but amenities were spartan. The pension felt a bit overpriced.
Bilbao is worth visiting, not only for the Guggenheim Museum, but for the old town, the food, and Basque atmosphere.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and equipped with a fan above the bed that provided sufficient cooling. Clean rooms and helpful, very friendly staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, and I was fortunate enough not to have a room facing the street.

Located in the heart of the city's old town. Very charming, right outside Church Street. An Uber from the airport is 25 euros, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away.

I don't know why google days permanently closed. Maybe new owners but I just ate there and it was amazing. Great selections on menu. My startet og goat cheese with greens, basalmicn nuts and raisins was perfect. Braised pork cheeks in a potato and cream sauce was tender as my heart and full of flavor. Desserts excellent. I will be back before keaving Bilbao.
