I felt myself very comfortable in the hotel. My room was quite, the staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was many kinds of food. So, In San Sebastian this hotel gave me for my staying the fulness. :)

In our opinion, the hotel was in a good location. The bus stop is just behind it and it is only about a 10 minute ride (four stops) to La Concha Beach, and about seven stops to a very lively section of town with lots of restaurants. We felt our room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. These are important things.
However, the floor we were on could really use some physical upkeep. There are numerous scratches and black marks on every wall of our room and in the hallway. In addition, on the way to our room, there was an unsafe 4“ x 24“ dip in the floor (see pictures).
Finally, and this may seem trivial, but when we were checking out two hours early, I asked if I could get a cup of coffee. I was told I could not since I had not purchased breakfast. This was confusing as their instructions say tea and coffee are included as part of the lounge area to “enhance your stay” (see picture). Not a big deal, but it was less than pleasant way to be sent off to our next destination.
With physical improvements, I think this hotel would be a very easy for us to recommend. As it is, I would not stay here again.

Terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The walls are dirty, scratched, and damaged, making it feel like sleeping in a train station corridor. No kettle as promised. The entrance door was broken and could not close properly. Location is awful, in a dull residential area with no decent cafes or tourist spots. At check-in there was nobody at reception (they went for lunch), so we had to check in ourselves. The cheap soap gave me a strong allergic reaction. We left after one night, even though we paid for two, and found a much better hotel by the beach for almost the same price. Completely not worth the money.

This hotel was a clear case of expectations vs. reality - it doesn’t look like the photos. The room felt worn out and in need of renovation or at least better maintenance.
Cleanliness was a major issue. The floor was dirty (definitely avoid walking in white socks), and we found a used towel hanging in the bathroom - a lovely leftover from the previous guests. The toilet seat showed visible signs of use and clearly hadn’t been cleaned.
The bed sheets seemed clean, but I only checked them under dim light at night - didn’t want to look too closely and upset myself.
Breakfast was very basic - just enough to put something in your stomach, but nothing enjoyable.
On the positive side, parking is convenient and inexpensive (just €4/day on the street right by the hotel), and late check-in is easy.
Still, at €207 per night for a double room, the quality and service don’t match the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Unfortunately, this might just reflect the general state of accommodation in the area during the tourist season.

For the same price, they upgraded us to a king-sized bed, in the new part of the Hotel, news rooms. Not very big, but brand new and practical. Most importantly, it's a nice concept with sharing living rooms and the staff is really nice, despite the big load of work.
