Hotel Tres Reyes San Sebastian in San Sebastian

Honestly, I think even 3 stars is too much! The hotel's location isn't great; it's in the suburbs of San Sebastián, and driving in requires a long detour due to the one-way street. However, the hotel's environment and decor are elegant and grand for a 4-star hotel in Europe, that's about it! First, the housekeeping staff weren't thorough, and the cleaning was sloppy on the following days. There was still a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, and once, all four pillowcases were missing before they finished and left the room. Second, my friend's suite required daily refills of drinks and mineral water in the mini-bar at the front desk. Also, the lobby bar staff were arrogant and indifferent. Every time I pressed the service bell, it took a long time for them to come out, and they seemed impatient. It only improved slightly after communicating in Spanish. Were they there to collect a debt or to provide service? I really don't understand!

Too far from town and no traffic after 11:00. The hotel is surrounded with different hospitals but quiet  all the time!
