Great Hotel, nice staff, some good restaurants right outside. A little outside of the old town, but a pleasant walk along the beachfront
Nice hotel We stayed here a few night and really enjoyed it. The rooms were big enough and it was fairly good value as San Sebastian tends to be really expensive especially in Summer. The hotel was not really walking distance from town center for us, but it was not a problem as we had the car. If we are back in San Sebastian we would definitely come back here.
Great location, 5-10 minute walk from the beach, the opposite side to old town. About a 40 minutes walk into old town, however there was so many restraunts in the area. Service was fab, when we got there, we thought the room smelt a little damp, ask to change and they swapped us immediately. On day 3 we found out about the app they have, where you can order basically anything, from cutlery, to phone...
Good location, very accommodating for dogs. We brought our GSD with us and all the staff were very welcoming. Room service was fantastic. Parking rates are high but expected given the demand and space. Street parking is available if you manage to get it. However the GM dog rates are very high compared to other hotels in both Spain and France, they're half the cost everywhere else we have stayed which...
The room was reasonably clean and new, but the value wasn't great. It was just over 20 square meters, and even with a small bed, it was packed. It cost over 3,000 euros a night without breakfast, and parking was an additional 20 euros. Perhaps the price was too high when I booked it, but booking at the last minute was a bit lower. This is a popular tourist destination, but the hotel wasn't fully booked...
Located close to Monte Igueldo and the Ondarreta Beach, easy to reach by car, however to the old town it takes a while by foot. We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the hotel staff friendly, breakfast buffet very good. We booked a parking spot in the hotel garage for better convenience, however there would have been also parking spots by the street in a short foot walk...

It's within a 10-minute walk from many of San Sebastian's most fun bars! It's also a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal to the airport! The rooms were clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit San Sebastian again.
What a great place to stay. Thanks to all the staff who helped make our time here memorable. The servers who worked breakfast, those in the bar during the evening, and the concierge all added to a great experience. Thanks again.
Great hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly. I thank them all for the reception, the restaurant and the guards. I'll be back to him soon
Spectacular room, guests services and amenities. The location is perfect on the river for old town, new town and Gros. It is a very quick and easy walk if you are planning for time on the beach as well. I walked with a chair and bag and was at beach in 5 minutes. I would choose this property again over a property just to be directly on the beach. The rooms were very spacious. We were surprised at the...
I was asked a good ten times if I was a guest of the hotel because it was during the film festival. I felt like I was disturbing them because I was there as a simple guest and not as a guest of the festival. Or they must not like my face... When you pay twice as much for a hotel as normal because of this festival and you feel like an intruder who is constantly being spied on... you tell yourself that...
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The surprises they had prepared for my birthday were truly thoughtful and added a magical touch to our trip. The luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone...

We had an amazing experience, everyhting is perfect. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the rooms are extremely good.
We absolutely loved our long weekend at the hotel - location is perfect and the rooms overlooking the bay are just amazing, gorgeous sunrise and sunset. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, and the rooms are perfect. Modern bathrooms, traditional yet modern bedrooms and the bed is HUGE and super comfy. We’ll definitely be back x
What a fabulous place to stay in San Sebastian! From Andrea's very warm welcome to Leires's daily chats with our family and kids I couldn't fault this excellent example of top class hospitality. Our junior suite with sweeping sea views was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast (and service) exceptional. The location is also perfect for beach access and just five minutes from the Old Town too. Parking...
We stayed 2 nights as a family of four with two kids in a city view room. The experience was excellent from start to finish: room service meals of surprising quality, and staff who helped with everything immediately and with real care. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and close to the old town. The gym access is off-site, about 7 minutes down the beach. While the equipment is a little...
Outstanding stay here, with impeccable panoramic views of both the Bay and Old Town. The bar was fantastic too on both food and drinks and service. Some of the best water pressure in the rainfall shower. The beach with the softest sand right outside the hotel's door. We were very very happy to have chosen here for our 5 night stay in San Sebastián. Although there is construction nearby, the windows...
Besides the obvious, that the proximity to the beach makes for the most incredible views; the rooms and hotel aesthetic are beautiful; the staff are so kind and helpful; the food and drinks are delicious and the bartenders are so sweet and accommodating. The location is also great. So close to the water and a bunch of great places to eat and drink. Could not recommend this place enough

Awesome I recommend this hotel and place awesome. Most beautiful places around the hotel.
It has very clean and big room.
Very friendly and efficiently run hotel. Loved the breakfast. Great bar staff. Easy to navigate into town down the river.
pleasant - we didn't use the ground floor bar/restaurant facilities - some food shops nearby - a long walk to the beach riverside stroll or there are regular buses

Clean convenient, good location, peaceful environment and a short bus ride from the city centre.
Amazing stay! Great location near nature and only 15 minutes from city. Nice interior, helpful personnel and best breakfasts!
Honestly, I think even 3 stars is too much! The hotel's location isn't great; it's in the suburbs of San Sebastián, and driving in requires a long detour due to the one-way street. However, the hotel's environment and decor are elegant and grand for a 4-star hotel in Europe, that's about it! First, the housekeeping staff weren't thorough, and the cleaning was sloppy on the following days. There was...
The room is very stylish and has a beautiful viewing platform. It's nice to sit there and drink a cup of coffee in the morning, which is refreshing!
The hotel is in the suburbs. A bit remote. It's not very convenient to go to the supermarket. But the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. There is a local restaurant about ten minutes' walk away, which is also OK. The swimming pool is not big, but the atmosphere is good. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. It meets the four-star standard. Generally speaking, it is suitable for people who...

Modern stylish hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms.Staff were efficient and helpful, facilities were impressive especially the gym. Very pretty walk to the beach,10 minutes or old town,20 minutes
The balcony was huge, the room was well-arranged, the breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. The bathroom light was voice-activated, and you could see the city night view from the balcony. Overall, I was very satisfied.
very clean place. lovely stay. a bummer pool is only open during summer.
Large hotel, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes to shopping area. Large underground parking with plenty of e,ectric charging bays. Reception large with bar and restaurant and three staff seemed to be on duty. Room pleasant and clean/tidy with all you may need including a decent outside balcony with table/chairs. Good power shower and well equipped bathroom. Not the hotels fault, but I just...
I had the best experience corresponding with Manuel. As soon as I entered the hotel he made me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. His service was exceptional as he genuinely cares for his guests. Thank you for making my time in San Sebastián so amazing!!
New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.  It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.  The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

The hotel room was quite large, with a super big bed. One of the hotel staff was very nice, but they accidentally took my luggage to another room, which startled me. Luckily, they retrieved it for me. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, which saves you about twenty euros in parking fees, as there's an extra charge for the hotel parking lot. The hotel is very close to the nearby market...
Great location and views. Easy access to the city and beach.
It was very clean. The bathtub was deep and spacious, so I was able to relax. The only thing that was difficult was that we had to climb a long flight of stairs due to a lack of confirmation on our part before checking in, but there was actually an elevator leading to the street, which was very convenient. The whole building had a sophisticated atmosphere, and I would definitely like to use it again
We spent one night in this hotel, comfortable and close to the center. We paid 117€/night, the value for money was excellent.
Lovely hotel with great views We stayed for two nights in thus hotel over a weekend and it was very nice. Spent two nights here with my family. The views were incredible. Front desk staff was very welcoming. We had incredible 70-75 degree weather but there’s no AC, so the room was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. We needed a 3 person room and when we arrived the third bed wasn’t made. There’s no coffee available until 11 AM, so unless you include breakfast in your reservation there’s nothing for...
Pros: - Friendly service (when you can get served). - Amazing location. Great views. - Food was great. Cons: - The staff refused to change the duvet when a crusty white stain was very obviously on top and they claimed it was "normal wear and tear". In the end, we had to ask them to just remove it. - Service was slow. It was very difficult to get served at the bar or reception. - Staff were incompetent...
The hotel doesn't live up to its expectations for the high prices charged. Early check in wasn’t available as an option. Breakfast could be improved in many ways by having warm plates, and heating for the warm food. Limited options available. Juices were not cold. Other hotel guests were smoking on their balcony and we could smell the smoke coming into our room when we were enjoying the view from our...
Facilities: Inadequate... No hot water in the morning Service: Poor! No waiter to carry luggage
Excellent hotel with incredible views. Very good cuisine. Ideal for a rest after walking through the bustling center. With a wonderful lobby with comfortable sofas and spectacular views. A 10! Excellent location.
Everything was perfect. The hotel is a bit old and maybe doesn't deserve 4 stars. But we know that in Spain hotel stars are a bit more overrated than in France. The only problem is that one room wasn't ready when we arrived because our request for a large bed for the 2 rooms had not been taken into account. But nothing serious, our request was satisfied later. But for a 4 star... The setting is idyllic...

This is a nice hotel and staff are friendly. The corner room I was in was a little pokey with dine idiosyncrasies - for example the TV was on an angle so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. It is exellenly located near to town though and I slept very well.
This hotel is adults only, which is great! There should be more like it. The location is fine, it’s in a quiet street, which feels far out the city, but it’s actually around the corner from the shops and cathedral and the beach. Very good, especially the breakfast.
Great value for money, and the decor is quite nice too. While it's a bit far from the old town, getting to the boulevard by bus is very convenient. San Sebastián doesn't have ride-sharing apps like Uber, so if you need a taxi, you'll have to ask the front desk to call one for you.
The hotel is located just a few minutes by bus from the bar area. The exterior looks old, but the interior is very nice and clean. The bed was fluffy and I slept well. There's a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up if you need something. The breakfast selection isn't that extensive, but it was more than adequate. And it was very delicious. I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit...
Nice and clean room for 3. The room with the terrace is perfect for sunset. It’s easy to the beach in walking a short distance.
Very happy overall. Hotel ILUNION was our home for our 11 night exploration of San Sebastián. The location was perfect. Very nice hotel. Location is very good, and even with the local street repairs, it was still easy to get to. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options to choose from
Modern hotel Modern, clean, great service. Breakfast was convenient with many options. There is some construction in the area but the rooms are quiet. The walk to old town takes about 15 minutes
Good stay but nothing outstanding Spacious room, nice bathroom, good bed although we had twin beds despite requesting double. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The surrounding area didn't make us feel safe though. And the value for money wasn't great compared to many of our other stays in Spain.
Clean and modern hotel. 20mins walk to old town, or 4 bus stops away. Parking is €18/night. Jacuzzi was not open during my stay. Tiny gym.
It was my first time staying in this hotel. I felt very good, as if I were at home. The staff were friendly and provided warm service. The hotel's surroundings were good, quiet and convenient for transportation.
Perfect spot to spend a little more and get a suite out of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bus 38 takes you to town in minutes or it's a 15 minute dander down the riverfront.

A nice hotel in San Sebastian, in the steep part, about 10 minutes by taxi/car from the center of San Sebastian. Reasonably priced and kind service. Breakfast is simple but nice.
Stayed at this hotel recently. The room was booked and paid for two people but unfortunately all items were provided for one person. There is no refrigerator in the room. No slippers. Very courteous & helpful staff, very nice get away hotel. Good breakfast too.
Location is a bit out of the city centre, but located in a peaceful area (contrastingly) next to a forest and a biotech hub. Beautiful rooms with nice bathroom, great shower. Soundproofing could be better. Having a bath a hear the tv from the next room, should not be possible in a hotel like this, also the slamming doors, was not great. Staff in the hotel are super, from housekeeping till reception. Fenomenal experience from beginning to end. The quality and presentation of food outstanding. The explanations and overall service great. Enjoyed discovering some new wines thanks to the sommelier. Worth every star!
The newly renovated hotel and restaurant are absolutely stunning. However, the lack of atmosphere was noticeable, as the restaurant was less than a third full for lunch, even at the end of July.
