Short stay in San Sebastián
As we were driving we picked this hotel as it was near the motorway for our next journey. It was a 20 minute walk into town which was ideal for us. Also on a bus route which ran every 5 minutes. Also had underground parking which we needed as we could leave baggage in car.

Walk away from this hotel ! 5th night with out ac. Asked to be changed to another room . Since they only have avalabity in doble room s they refused to change me . If I were the manager I would have apologized the fist night and change the room.

This was the first stop on a two week motorcycle trip of Spain and France. Primarily booked for its secure underground parking. Booking in was great, then we decided to use the bar attached to the hotel. One member of staff, I didn’t get her name, was rude and dismissive. This resulted in us calling her brusca (rude). We checked our bill and left. Food was average, and most staff had no customer service. There was a young lad who was very polite, and the receptionist in the morning was very helpful. The rooms are adequate, although our air con and remote for to didn’t work. Air con had tripped, and when reset, still didn’t really work.

San Sebastián
The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed a facelift. The flush was half broken. The room was very hot and the AC didn’t work.
We opened the window but the street was very loud with drunk men who woke us up with their screams.

Anoeta, a very good hotel.
Very friendly and helpful lady on reception and had a map and guided me to where I wanted to go.

Great location when you visit the stadium. Room was old, but not bad. In the night, it is anyway quiet.
The staff were good and bad, one lady I didn't like from the politeness, but the another she was polite.

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing and was an extra. Only had this one morning. Other days we ate in the cafeteria/bar

Easy to get to and park. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent bus service into the old town. No 28. Ran every 5-10 mins.
