Amazing location on Plaza Mayor. The hotel is clean and it features a nice breakfast

Room was a relatively small but we stayed there with great comfort, nice view of Plaza Mayor overlooking from the breakfast area, nice breakfast indeed. There was orange juicing machine in place and we loved the taste of fresh orange juice! .
Great location within walking distances to many historical sites. Helpful STAFFS who gave us map and explanation and provide us with kettle, reasonable room rate, enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel is in a great, central location a few mtrs from Plaza Mayor, despite its close proximity it was not noisey during day or night time. Short walking distance to cafes, bars, resaurants, shops etc.
Room was a good size, a/c was working well.
Buffet breakfast had a good choice of items, sufficient to meet most guests requirements.
I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week and the town was buzzing with activity, including a free concert at night in Plaza Mayor.
The only negative comment was that bottled water was available in the room fridge and the 2 bottles were charged for at check out, a bit petty for a class, relatively expensive hotel.
In summary, a very good hotel in an excellent location, recommended.

An great hotel and for the quality and the price a bargain. The location is on the corner of the main plaza with the breakfast room over looking the square. Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.

The longest check-in of my life. It was a prepaid booking, and it took no less than 20 minutes for the reception to process the check-in. Also, the hotel charges 20 euros per dog, whereas in the hotel's policy, it stated 10 euros per pet per stay. So the receptionist had to figure something out, but in fact, we ended up writing to customer support to resolve it.
The photos don't correspond to the hotel's conditions at all. We had a family room with a bunk bed and a double bed. They're located next to each other, not at a distance as it seems in the photos. The bunk bed itself has stairs that you cannot climb. It’s the oldest piece of metal that makes you feel pain when you step on it. Walls are beyond thin; you can hear absolutely everything in the neighbor's room. The sink was clogged. Towels were more grey than white, and the worst part is, one of the face towels had yellow dirty stains. The bathroom is missing some heating, so it’s really cold. And the hotel costs more than 100 euros per night

The hotel has a good location, but parking is extremely difficult...it's not what I expected.

Very close to Plaza Mayor, the restaurant's windows face the square, making it a convenient location and a great starting point for exploring Salamanca. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff are helpful.
