The room was OK. Quite small and dated but comfortable bed. Dinner was not what we expected. My husband ordered pork lion and parmentier potatoes... He got mash. I ordered turkey and patatas bravas and got oven cooked potato wedges. I asked the waiter about it and he shrugged and cleared the plates. It seemed like everyone else had the same confused look when dinner was served. I saw 3 other tables send their plates back to the kitchen.
Breakfast was similar. Not a great choice and took a long time for the hot breakfast which was only scrambled egg or bacon to be replenished.
On the plus side it's a convenient location for motorway travel and parking was easy.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Salamanca Montalvo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and the beautiful views. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with something for everyone. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short drive from the historic center of Salamanca. Overall, a great value for the price—I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Value hotel
We stayed on two separate occasions, driving to south Spain and on the return journey. It is on the edge of an industrial area, but does not detract from hotel, lively views looking over yo the church and city. Both occasions very friendly checkin, and quick. Rooms in very good condition and very clean, for us personally, would have preferred queen size bed, but comfortable, as was room once we sorted the AC to COLD. Bar staff helpful and friendly, as were restaurant staff, going south we had the set menu, a choice of 4/5 starters and mains, plus puddings, at 14e90 this was excellent value for money, with a bottle of win at 13e90 it was a win win. On the return journey we opted for the a la carte, again highly recommended, again good value for money snd very tasty. If your heading south from Santander or just touring the area, I would hive this place a try.

I'm only posting because reception charged us more than their online price, and booking .coms price!!

Bar staff totally over worked,making it difficult to get service! Lights not working to the rooms! 4 star🤩 with cheap looking furniture in the lobby!
And sat next to the motorway on an industrial estate!!

Found this place by accident on Google.maps but this was a gem of a find amazing value beautiful hotel, amazing customer service I was on a long drive and this stop off refreshed me perfect overnight

Nice hotel and great location
Excellent location. Friendly staff and very helpful; bar staff were great with us! The free upgrade was a nice touch too.

Nice place for business rest travelling cross country. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast a bit expensive.
