Reviews
Although the hotel usually doesn’t upgrade beyond the booked category, I received a beautiful room with a terrace and an incredible view. There was a small issue with the air conditioning, which was immediately fixed.
What truly touched me was their attention to personal details: the team knew I was allergic to their standard soap, so they actually purchased special soaps just for me. That level of care was simply heartwarming.
The spa is fantastic, the gym is professional, and the entire atmosphere feels like family. After my stay, the General Manager personally reached out, showing genuine appreciation and class.
Having stayed at nearly every luxury hotel in Madrid, I can confidently say this is the best in the city. For anyone who truly understands quality Mandarin Oriental Ritz is unmatched.
It was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to come back. A truly wonderful hotel that makes every moment special.
Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh orange juice, which was fantastic. The dining experience throughout my stay was exceptional. The location is ideal as well, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city’s rich culture and attractions.
What stood out the most was the staff, who were consistently attentive, professional, and very good at making every interaction feel special. They truly go above and beyond.
This is without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I would recommend the Ritz Madrid to anyone seeking true luxury and an unforgettable stay.
Food and service at garden restaurant was fantastic!
And the most exciting surprise was during the check out, when I met Bruno, who was exceptional during my stay in Milan. Meeting people that you know always makes you very comfortable, like at home! Fan family, thank you 🙌
The concierge team deserves the highest praise. Their attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and sincere hospitality set a new standard for excellence. Every interaction was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful—they made my stay seamless and unforgettable.
A special thank you to Sebastián, the doorman, who greeted me every day with a kind smile and unmatched courtesy. His presence at the entrance was the perfect first impression of the hotel’s gracious spirit.
And at breakfast—what an extraordinary start to each day! Pilar and Mariana made every morning feel personalized and genuinely special. Their kindness, attention, and ability to anticipate every need elevated breakfast into a daily highlight. They represent the best of what hospitality should be.
The hotel itself is stunning, blending historic elegance with modern comfort in the most tasteful way. Every corner speaks of refined luxury, and every moment feels thoughtfully curated.
If you’re looking for an experience where every single detail is perfect, where service is heartfelt and world-class, and where the Mandarin Oriental legacy is honored at every turn, look no further than the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid.
