We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. The concierge was very polite and spoke English, the rooms were very clean and accommodating. It is located in a great area, we walked to all the nicest restaurants and cafes as well as parks and monuments. The room was outfitted with AC, bathroom & shower, a little balcony, TV and WiFi. We came and went as we pleased and it was always well lit. Check out is at 1100 and our flight wasn't until 1800, and she was so kind and accommodating because she has an area to lock up your luggage so you can travel freely and return back later. Highly recommended!

Great place for a traveling couple. My husband and I stayed here for two nights in early July. Our room was the perfect size and the location was excellent. The hostel its self is quite and very clean. Our reception, Judy, was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in the future.

I liked that late check-in was easy because there was staff on hand 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and even let me store my luggage after check-out. At check-in, they provided a detailed map of Madrid's major tourist attractions and routes. When I asked about the self-service laundry, they found the location on their phone and directed me to it. They sent me a check-in video via WhatsApp, which was incredibly helpful. There's an elevator. Even in the winter, the heating was good, so it was warm.

The hotel is centrally located and very accessible.
The room was clean and had hot water, but it was quite small.
Also, it appears that one floor of an apartment building was renovated into a hotel, and since the floors above and below are occupied by local residents, the entrance didn't feel like a typical hotel entrance and was difficult to find. The amenities also seemed minimal.

I needed a place to stay for a short while, so I booked a hostel, and this was my first time staying in such a small room. Still, cleanliness and location are more important to me, so it wasn't bad in that regard. The view was really disappointing.

Perfect hostel!! Super well located, the girl who welcomed us was super friendly, let us check in early, and on the day of departure they kept our bags for several hours. I'll be back!!! Thanks!!

From check in at 10.30pm ( 24 hour check in ) everything was great I challenge anyone to find a quieter cleaner better value stay in central Madrid. Fridge in the room was nice plus complimentary cava & water, the Hostal is central but in a quiet street plenty of bars and restaurants 100 meters in either direction . Close to 2 metro stations and a Lidl just down the road for supplies , Plaza Mayor is less than 5 mins away and all major attractions within walking distance

Great place to stay! Clean, centrally located, very close to the Metro, simple and very pleasnt, comfortable room and bed. The refrigerator was a nice detail as was the wifi. My room overlooked the patio, so was quiet. The staff is amazingly gracious and helpful!! I stayed here my last nights after a month in Spain and it was the perfect end to a wonderful trip.

September 2022 - Room size normal, very clean, 24-hour reception and friendly staff. Excellent location in the city with many shops and supermarkets in the area, it is possible to reach the real center of Madrid in a very short time. Good price.

Except for the poor soundproofing, everything is quite good. The front desk clerk was very nice and even helped us call to make a restaurant reservation. The hotel address is also very convenient, close to the main square and many restaurants.

Althought the restaurant look nice from the outside, the food was very poor. It came straight from the microwave, so we were waiting under 5 minutes for 5 dishes. Below average and overpriced, typical touristic location. One of the worst restaurants I visited in Madrid ever. The pictures should say everything.

I've never written a bad review ever. This was by far the worst experience in my two months in Spain. So rude, we ordered our beers, heard the bartender and his buddy making fun of us in Spanish and left. We both knew enough Spanish to know what they were saying. F' this place.

The calamari portion is way too small and the taste is average. The sangria is a little diluted. Service was alright but the dishes we came for were all not available and it was a disappointment really.

Great food! Great Flamenco show! A must-see while in Madrid. The 9pm show is the best option. Book early so you get a table right next to the stage.
