My son and I traveled in March. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very convenient for strolling and seeing the sights of Madrid.

The room was small and cramped. It was cold, the air conditioning didn't provide adequate heat, and it was around 5 degrees Celsius at night.
Situation will probably improve closer to summer.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Puerta del Sol. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel, which was very convenient for daily groceries and reasonably priced.
We booked a quad room with one double bed and two single beds. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area.

Great location, clean and cozy rooms — but what truly made the difference was the service. A special thanks to Yanira, who treated me with outstanding professionalism and warmth. She made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights, love the hotel! Very convenient location and staffs are lovely! Yamira checked us in and provided guidance for city walk. She is such a great front desk! Our house keeping lady is also very attentive.

Very concerning and most disappointing hotel experience in recent memory. The sheets are dirty, the towels are dirty, the AC can only be set as low as 22C (72F), changing the room AC temperature requires calling the front desk, furniture is dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the shower head is damaged so it drips much of the water in a way that makes it unpleasant and inefficient to use. Additionally, the beds were made up as two twins instead of one single bed, which was a huge miss considering this was not communicated during booking, nor when we spoke with the hotel by phone in advance of our arrival.
The greenwashing also deserves its own mention here: the reason given when the front desk declined the request to lower our room temperature was "to help the environment", as if having trouble sleeping in warm rooms means I don't support protecting the environment.
So far the staff have been very dismissive of our concerns. Clearly there is a significant lack of attention to detail here. We are paying way too much for what we're getting and I have no desire to return here again.

This hotel is in the middle of all the tourist areas so you can walk to many places. The metro is in the plaza at the end of the block so after a long shopping day you will can get back to your hotel with no problems . The staff is wonderful always willing to help . They have breakfast for a fee and it save time from trying to figure outno where to eat. Have stayed here more than once and the service has not changed always great.

We stayed here during our time in Madrid and it was perfect! The location is central to everything one wants to see during their visit with a taxi stand conveniently near the Opera outside the hotel. I'm a clean freak so it was so important that the hotel and rooms were clean and there was no flaw to be found. The hotel was quiet (unlike many centrally located hotels). The breakfast bar was excellent. Most importantly, the staff made us feel welcome right upon our arrival until the end of our stay. Special shoutout to Yanira who was so accommodating and kind. Thank you so much for an experience we won't forget!

Fantastic dinner experience! The food was incredibly flavorful and the staff were delightful. The head chef stopped by our table on several occasions throughout the night and made sure our meal was as educational as it was delicious. I'll be very interested in checking out the Washington DC location when he returns to the States.

Host was incredibly friendly (in typical Basque fashion). The interior was beautifully elegant. But the portions, while delicious, were smaller than at other restaurants we've been to. And for 20€ a piece, were quite high. It's not like they were spectacular, or innovative. Only thing that could possibly justify is the location, which is right by the Opera.
Expensive, but still quite nice, so worth the 4 stars with the caution on the price.

Great hotel! Repairs in 2016-17. A quiet city center. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast with such a variety of fruits, meats, delicious sausages and pastries.... Scrambled, fried, etc. also optional. Coffee and champagne for Breakfast is great! We next time only here!

Hotel has recently been refurbished so it's pretty much new! Clean and comfy rooms, efficient staff and favourable location as it's within walking distance from great shops, bars and restaurantes.
