Eco Hotel Toledo in Toledo

The hotel is very clean, but there are several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. After 2:00 pm there is no receptionist, so if problems arise, there’s no one to assist. The biggest issue is the noise you can hear everything: doors slamming, TVs on, people laughing, talking, showering, even toilets flushing. Guests arrived past midnight making a lot of noise, and then again early in the morning, so resting was nearly impossible. The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on concrete. The location is also quite far from town, and to get there you’ll need to be ready for steep hills, narrow cobblestone streets, and rocky paths. After walking around, you just want to relax, but resting in the room was not an option. Overall, you get what you pay for…

Customer service is not good at all. A/C is controlled or poorly maintained because all I got in my room was circulated air(I work on HVAC). Upon bringing the issue to the receptionist, she goes to tell me a BS response(can't win an argument with a stubborn individual). Overall room was decent for the price. Shower head sucked, Wifi is slow and there is no river view. Regret staying here but everywhere else was booked at the time...good luck.
