Nice place. The cost/value was on high end of comparable places in our trip. Driving to and parking not convenient at all--be prepared. I liked the decor and well located in Toldeo.

Wow. There really isn’t any other words to describe this property. From the moment we entered the door to when we checked out it was truly a delightful experience. The staff were amazing with a suggestion for a local meal that was exceptional. The room was modern but steeped with history. The hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this property.

Clean rooms. The bed was not very comfy, hard madrass and pillow. It was thin walls, so we could hear the neighbors in next room. Close to everything in the old city. Breakfast ok.

This is the perfect hotel with great pricing and everything that should go along with a superior rating. The rooms are spacious, there is a lovely terrace on the roof for enjoying the city lights at night, and the staff is very professional. Thank you for your hard work.

I had a great stay at Hotel Carlos V. We were greeted warmly and the front desk person was very helpful. Every staff we ran into was helpful and made us feel at home. We stayed in the most beautiful room with views of the town. The room was super clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Located right inside the old town, it's an 8 euro taxi ride from the train station.

All the attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient. There's a rooftop restaurant with panoramic city views. It's especially beautiful around sunset.

Fabulous place to stay. All staff are super friendly and helpful.
Room and amenities are great. Nice and clean.
Breakfast is lovely, great selection of food. Fresh, healthy and hygienic.
Rooftop bar has beautiful views of the Toledo.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, cool and clean. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the old town, main square and shopping area. Would happily repeat. (We arrived in a heat wave, so the uphill walk from where we parked was an unexpected schlep, but well worth it for the destination)

The location was great. It was very convenient for both sightseeing and dining.
The rooms were clean.
The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was delicious.
The front desk was also very friendly.
I'd like to stay here again when I come to Toledo.
