We stayed here on a stopover and had a great time. The hotel is just a few min walk from the city center and has very spacious rooms, we had a shower and bathtub. We can with our dog and they prepared a lovely set up with a bed, bowl and poop bags. Very lovely! We parked at the hotel which was convenient.

Very good breakfast. Big, comfortable rooms. And pet are very welcome with small presents. Good location, nearby old town.

Stopover for us. Spotless clean and spacious room. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Great location for people watching in the bar next door or walking about town. Directly opposite the bullring. Will definitely be back to spend more time exploring

Sold this by BA as a 4 star, it's not. Our room is in the basement. Also sold to us under a different name Hesperia? Which it was 5 years ago! Supposed to be a 4 star. Our room is in the basement. TV has about 4 channels and does not allow for access to Netflix or Prime. General musty smell.
Dated and old. Furniture chipped and stained. Prepaid through BA, I gave it a 2 but that's generous. The only good thing is a 15 min walk to the town. It's a shame as the last 2 nights of an otherwise great experience in Spain. I would not stay here again.

Not bad, not good. We chose the hotel because of the ease of parking in the area. That was fine, but other than that is was average for a 4 star. Service wasn’t really sparkling, the rooms were OK, but the mattresses of the beds appeared to be old and you could actually feel the springs.
Breakfast acceptable, no more than that. Next time in Toledo, we’ll find a different place. There’s enough hotels around 😊.

The room was large, but offered no view. I had assumed the crater view room I booked would have a scenic view, but it turned out to be a room below the lobby, with windows that were practically impossible to open. The view was separated from the windows of another building by a narrow courtyard. Breakfast was acceptable. However, the hotel is adjacent to a bullring, and there's a concert at 10 PM, which is a bit noisy.

There is a large free parking lot about 300 meters away. No need to stop at the hotel. A few hundred meters walk from the old town. Good location. The hotel is a bit old

Nice location.
Pretty hotel.
Good service with helpful reception staff.
Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell.
Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.
